Any earlygame jungler is great. You can pretty much follow up on most ganks/dives earlygame if you have a good matchup. Elise is also really good for taking herald/drakes.

Champion Build Guide
Nunu is all about the roaming. Use your W to clear caster minions earlygame then get protobelt to clear too. Now that you have lane prio you can do anything on the map. Even invade raptors lvl 2 to steal some EZ farm but only if you track the jungler.
As AP Nunu you don't wanna look for extended fights. Your strength is picking people off. This means that your teamfighting isn't that good.
I've found a lot of success with siege comps as AP Nunu. You have to be ready to snowball in at the right time as your team sieges though.
As tank nunu your W can be used as a engage tool for a teamfights where you can run into them and annoy with E and R. Your strength is still making picks and not teamfighting though.
