Runes

Mainset of runes!

Greater Quintessence of Force
To be honest in my opinion i say Ability power Per level is way better than Magic penetration since you incrased Healing from Primal Surge / Swipe and ofcourse it does incrase the damage of serval of Nidalee's Abilities.

Greater Mark of Force
Aswell the stacking of Ability power will make you a better Support/Harraser and as i said above.

Greater Seal of Clarity
Mana regeneration is one of the most important stats as a Semi support since you shouldnt stack mana regeneration items as Nidalee.

Greater Glyph of Force
Aswell the stacking of Ability power will make you a better Support/Harraser

Other viable runes!

Greater Quintessence of Insight
Also Viable if you want some more Magic penetration!

Greater Mark of Insight
Also Viable if you want some more Magic penetration!

Greater Glyph of Celerity
CDR is never wrong but pick these instead of Greater Glyph of Force if you feel like you wanna do it.

Masteries

I do not find anything else in mastery way that is Viable for Nidalee
You should always pick Archaic Knowledge Since you shouldnt stack Magic penetration runes for her so 15% Magic penetration is one of the best picks in the masteries.

Starting items

Amplifyng Tome
Awesome Early AP for the 5 first levels since you're gonna rush Sheen so pick this mostly of the time if you find it better than Doran's Ring

Health Potion
Always make this a pick if you choose Amplifying Tome

Doran's Ring
Nice Starting item because of the AP/HP/Mp5, is aswell an awesome first choice, But you will waste some time and cash on the Sheen

Core items

Guinsoo's Rageblade
Because Nidalee Can hold the stacks up for unlimited with time without wasting a single point of Mana. ALWAYS GET THIS!

Rabadon's Deathcap
Provides the most AP in the game and is the core item for Nidalee, It's the best item for Nidalee. ALWAYS GET THIS!

Lich Bane
Always one of the best pickers and should always be picked when playing Nidalee If you're not gonna burst someone after an ability it can be awesome for Autoattack harrasing. ALWAYS GET THIS!

Rylai's Crystal Scepter
Always pick this awesome item because it is so damn good, Larger healthpool, more ability power, and making your abilities slow! how awesome isnt that? CAN BE SWITCHED WITH Void staff

Other viable items

Here's where you list items you usually don't take, but are good in certain situations.

Quicksilver Sash
Awesome and underrated item only pick it if anyone of the following champions is mentioned.
but not 100% needed to take
Amumu Because of his Ultimate Curse of the Sad Mummy.
Malzahar Because of his Ultimate Nether Grasp.
Urgot Because of his Ultimate Hyper-Kinetic Position ReverseHyper-Kinetic Position Reverse.
Mordekaiser Because of his Ultimate Children of the Grave.
Warwick Because of his Ultimate Infinite Duress.

Mejai's Soulstealer
If you're doing well ingame you can always pick this for a ability power boost and you may get fed with some stacks of it, and hopefully you will carry your team to victory!

Void Staff
Awesome items if you're fighting Magic resistance stacking tanks/semi-tanks

Banshee's Veil
An item i almost always pick totally amazing for all type of setups but should always be picked with an Karthus as an enemy

Skill Sequence

Is my sequence for Nidalee But in some cases when my team have a jungler i pick...

W > Q > Q > E > Q > R > Q > E > Q > E > R > E > E > W > W > R > W > W

So you can easly throw them a trap to pull the Monster or just cover him with the traps!

And i always start max my Javelin Toss / Takedown, first because it is the best skill so far this early in the game so i will need to harras people in human form and finish people off in Cougar. And ofcourse after i have maxxed my Javelin toss /Takedown Javelin toss / Takedown i max Primal Surge / Swipe because it will incrase my healing and damage output! and last i max Bushwhack / Pounce because i find it the most unnessesary skill to get up asap.

Javelin Toss / Takedown

Human: Nidalee tosses her javelin, dealing 55 / 95 / 140 / 185 / 230 (+65% of ability power) magic damage on impact (deals up to 250% damage the further away the target is).

Cougar: Nidalee's next attack deals additional damage based on how low her opponent's life is
(+100% of attack damage).

Bushwhack / Pounce

Human: Nidalee lays a trap that deals 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+40% of ability power) damage over 2 seconds, reveals the target, and reduces their armor and magic resistance by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 12 seconds. Traps last for 4 minutes.

Cougar: Nidalee lunges forward, dealing damage to surrounding enemies. Pounce is not affected by cooldown reduction.

Primal Surge / Swipe

Human: Nidalee heals an ally champion for 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+125% of ability power) and grants them a 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% attack speed for 7 seconds.

Cougar: Nidelee claws at enemies in front of her.

Aspect Of The Cougar

Passive: Each additional rank increases the effectiveness of Nidalee's cougar abilities.

Nidalee transforms into a vicious cougar, gaining 20 movement speed and a new set of abilities.

Summoner Spells

Clairvoyance
You have a long range skil shot and this spell is just awesome for it! and it can prevent ganks on your teammates or even you! if you forgot to ward the dragon / Baron or any off the Buffs in the jungle feel free of the map awareness spell!.

Flash
Best pick for summoner spells for Nidalee

Ignite
An awesome pick if your team is low on the spell pick this if you feel like it.

Ghost
Awesome choice for summoner spells great for chasing or flee cases.
