Introduction
"Why should fear seize the limbs before the trumpet sounds?"
Lets skip the formalities, my build is for those who want a strong Olaf, im not here to show you that i can write well or that i know a lot about coding or whatever, im here to show you my build and why should you use it.
On an uncharted continent beyond Valoran's grasping clutches, the conqueror named Olaf was born to a long tradition of soldiers unlike most others. Berserkers, as they tout themselves, are warriors who channel fury deep from their cores, unleashing pure and savage wrath upon their enemies. This fearsome evolution is a product of their unforgiving home, Lokfar – a barren tundra where all creatures must vie bitterly for every resource. Olaf belonged to a seafaring clan known for ruthlessly pillaging any and all villages within reach of their dragon-crested longboats. The last time he saw his icy home, Olaf was embarking on an expedition to pioneer and plunder a distant land known only to legend. However, while underway, a terrible storm sprung up and Olaf and his crew were thrown to the mercy of a roiling and pitiless sea.
His ship destroyed, his crew nowhere to be found, Olaf miraculously washed up untold miles from "friendly" waters on the foreign shores of Valoran, south of Demacia. This unfamiliar place stunned and frightened the Berserker, for Lokfar is not privy to such potent magicians. Approaching them, Olaf hoped that they could use their mysterious powers to send him back to his people. A bargain was struck. Olaf would use his awesome prowess as a warrior to serve the unusual wars of Valoran in the League of Legends, and in exchange the sorcerers would find him a way to return. Despite his participation in the League, Olaf knows better than to trust the "finger wagglers" that run the Institute of War. He deliberately keeps details of his life and home from them. After all, with enough information, they would most certainly find the Lokfarians and dominate them as they have dominated all of Valoran, keeping both quietly – and unwittingly – in their thrall.
"Beware the war cry of the Berserker. What surges toward you is unyielding, free from the shackles of reason."
In the runes page i prefer the use of Greater Mark of Desolation because i only have 2 rune pages and i need these for my ad carry as well, as for seals and glyphs i use Greater Seal of Armor and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist they give you that early game tankyness, and the quints i go with Greater Quint of Fortitude because even though they dont give an insane amount of health it helps, especially early game but also late game.
Other viable options:
ad marks, armor marks are also good, ad quints, ms quints, ArP quints
CONS:
-EXCELLENT HARRASER.-PRO
-item and gold dependant.-CON
-NICE LIFE STEAL SYNERGY.-PRO
-if focused by all the enemies he dies.-CON
-HES A GOD**** BARBARIAN.-PRO
-UNDERTOW is a meh technique but still good.-CON
-Can soak up a lot of damage and extremely hard to kill late-game.-PRO
-oh no space left.-CON?

Yeah i put Reckless Swing lvl 5 first because it deals INSANE amounts of damage early game and thats needed in order to make that pesky Nidalee afraid of approaching u and it also penetrates that super hyper defense values that Shen and any other tank has.
This will give you an advantage against anyone in the game for you will get more powerful at a lower health. Due to this you can trick the enemy champions into thinking that you are weak and unable to beat them by running, yet when they come near you can then attack them and finish them off using your increased attack speed.
Undertow- Olaf throws an axe to a target location, dealing 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+0.5 per attack damage) physical damage to units it pass** through and slowing them by 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40% for 2.5 seconds. If Olaf picks up the axe, the ability's cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds. Cooldown 10 seconds | Cost 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 mana | Range 1000
Undertow is a useful ability for Olaf that should be maxed last.It gives you more area of effect damage, meaning that you can farm better. The only con to this ability is that instead of dealing magic damage, it deals physical damage, making it counterable.
Tough It Out- For 6 seconds, Olaf's attack damage is increased by 7 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 35 base damage plus 1% of his max health. While active, Olaf gains 9 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 21% lifesteal and spell vamp. Cost: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 mana | Range 700
Olaf's Vicious Strikes is an effective abilty if used at the right time. This is because it does not last a long time, but can be used frequently due to its low cooldown. If you use this ability before a battle starts you will not be able to get much out of it, so I recommend that you use it while in a fight or 1 second before it starts. Coupled with Olaf's other ability, Ragnarok, you will be unstoppable for a few seconds so take advantage of this. Another use that I found for this ability is healing. The reason why you can heal with this is because it gives you a 21% lifesteal.
Reckless Swing- Olaf deals 100 / 160 / 220 / 280 / 340 true damage to his target and inflicts 40 / 64 / 88 / 112 / 136 true damage to himself. Cost 50 mana | Range 325
Reckless Swing is my favourite ability on Olaf, which is why I like maxing it out first. This is because this does true damage, meaning that it goes through the armour and magic resistance of enemy champions. When using this ability I do not target minion, for this is a waste of health. Instead I save this for champions, especially last hitting them which Olaf is not good with if this ability is on cooldown. However, when you max this ability and have a 4 second cooldown it can be used multiple times in combat with enemy champions and should be used whenever possible while fighting.
Ragnarok- Active: For 5 / 6.5 / 8 seconds, Olaf is immune to disables and reduces incoming damage by 20 / 30 / 40. Passive: Olaf has 10 / 20 / 30 increased armor penetration. Cost 100 / 75 / 50 mana | Range 400
Ragnarok is Olafs most powerful ability when used; however because it has a high cooldown you need to know when to use it.Thats why i have some cooldown reduction. The best times to use this are with Vicious Strikes while fighting an enemy champion, rendering them helpless, or to run away when you are about to be killed or are being chased. This ability is useful for running away for it makes him immune to stuns and disables.
As mentioned, Frozen Mallet is your best friend. I believe that building clutch DPS stats like Life Steal and Critical Chance are also extremely important. If you can find a balance between taking damage at 20% health and Life Stealing to remain at that point, you’ll find yourself ripping up your opponents. Balancing your passive for durability and damage output won’t be easy, but if you tread the fine line between insanity and foolishness, you’ll be rewarded." Phreak
However as many of you know there are other viable summoner spells such as:
Flash for that wall jumping move to escape or to catch your enemies.
Teleport can help you get back to lane faster or defend/backdoor at will, but 1 of your means for chasing/escaping has to be taken away, which I feel is not a worthy substitute.
Smite is only necessary in case your jungling which is not the case in my build but you use the summoner spells that you like best i cant make you chose one.
Black Cleavershould be bought after the boots because you do need movement speed, however after the Black Cleaver has been bought youll be very squishy so rush Frozen Mallet for the hp, after that you are tankier and can easily 1 on 1 any champion, now go for Atma's Impaler or for Maw of Malmortius depending on the strongest enemies(ap/ad carry), then finish the build with Bloodthirster for added damage and life steal.
oh and if you cant last hit just YOURE AN AMATEUR and u need practice just find some videos about last hitting and PRACTICE.
"Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential. "
is a very viable Jungler, and is one of the fastest junglers at this moment in time (Shyvanna being the fastest)
if you want to jungle follow the image numbers and you should do fine Olaf is a rather easy to use jungler.
His ganks are meh, and rely on you landing Undertow, then catch the enemy and reckless swing him, maybe even use Tough It Out.
And i dont think that jungling is enough for Olaf, hes a gold/item dependant champion and the jungle doesnt provide enough gold for him but if it suits you it suits you.
"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships".Michael Jordan
Now team fights are Olaf`s strongest and weakest points in the game, if the enemy team doesnt care that youre there MAKE THEM SUFFER pop up your ulti and destroy their ad carry, however if they are focusing you then good luck just try to survive and let your teammates do the damage for you or find a better solution.
Early game, you want to focus on last hitting as much as you can, but frequently harassing your opponent/s with Undertow and Reckless Swing. Watch your enemy and as soon as they come close to you, Attack them once then Undertow then Reckless Swing and back off.You definitely don't wan't to get caught in a situation where you are running from an enemy and you don't have enough mana to slow them, getting you killed where you normally would have survived, so save your mana.
Whenever the dragon is up from level 9/10 onward you can solo it but be wary and preferably call your team to help or you might get ganked to death.
Baron can be killed at level 10/11 even though players dont kill him by then, it can be a game changing plan just remember the enemy team also guards the baron. At level 18 if you have both buffs and the build is finished you can solo baron, but be careful.
If things get bad, as most of the time they will keep focusing you even when the rest of the team is (hopefully) taking care of the rest), simply Ghost out and wait till they get low to come back in and clean up.

2. During a fight, dont stop attacking, LifeSteal is the thing that keeps you alive. You're more likely to die if you try to run away, than if you activate Tough It Out, Ragnarok and pwn faces... Of course it doesn't mean you should stay in a 1v5 fight :>
3. Again, when Olaf throws his axe, he stops attacking for a very short time. It may seem stupid but sometimes it makes the difference between lifesteal saving you and dying :( So think twice before throwing your axe on somebody who is already in melee range.
Im awesome and so is Olaf he can even beat a Irelia solo (considering u are both the same gaming level) :O so try the build and comment
