This is probably one of your worst match ups to stack your q. Just give up some creeps when needed and maintain a safe distance between you and him. The bleeding and his true damage will be a pain in the ass and even ganks can go wrong if your jungler underestimates him. Play save until late and stack HP. You will beat him at some point
Aatrox
His healing is strong enough to heal back your Q dmg, but he isn't as much of a threat as Darius is. At some point in mid game you can deal with him if you played safe. You can also ask for some ganks pre 6, since he has a weak early game.
Cho'Gath
You both simply just farm. He will often try to deny your stacks, but he won't be able to fight you without his jungler. So just be sure to have lots of vision control
Camille
She is going to be stronger pre 6. Get sheen asap and you'll be able to contest her, but be careful about her second q. People often underestimate her damage.
Dr. Mundo
Annoying lane, since he pokes you with his Q all the time and you can't really fight him since he regenerates too much HP with lvl 6+. Just make sure to stack up, but he is no huge threat overall.
Fiora
She will play really aggressive. You'll have a hard time to get any cs if she hits her marks. Make sure to freeze minions infront of your tower but out of tower range to punish her. This will make it hard for her to poke you, since she'll be punished with towerhits.
Gangplank
He is no threat until he gets his sheen. Just get yourself spirit visage asap and heal up against his Q pokes. His barrels also give you stacks, so make sure to abuse them.
Garen
He will always silence you which makes farming hard. Make sure to activate Q before his Q autohit connects with you. You don't fight him until you got lots of stacks or until the jungler comes to help you. He will be a pain in the ass with his Demacian Justice, but you'll be fine if you play it save. By playing save I mean giving up some creeps and maintaining a fair distance between you and him. Nowadays people play Trinity Force crit Garen which means you'll have a good time at oneshotting him in the late game.
Gnar
Annoying because he is ranged, but you can stack properly and heal up in the midgame. I'd also try to kill him with your jungler after your first recall (with sheen obviously). After that the lane will be an easy win.
Heimerdinger
Uninstall.
No seriously you'll have a very hard time at stacking since he can kill you under your own tower. You must manage to survive the lane until you got spirit visage, mercury's and of course sheen to fight him of, but until then you're basically fucked without your jungler.
Illaoi
Her damage hurts a lot. Make sure to dodge all her E's in order to survive. Stay behind your minions and give up on some creeps. I would'nt rely on ganks since she can probably 1v2 with her ult. She must be oom or at least very low if you want a gank. Other than that you should have a even game against her in late. I'd also say it's more about wether she mechanically plays better or not.
Irelia
Many people would count her as a major threat, but her mobility and her amount of cc isn't quite enough to bring you down later on. Frozen heart is a good item to reduce her attackspeed. So go for it asap and build up some HP she also gets true damage by her passive and conquerer.
Jax
He will be annoying in the early game since he blocks all your Q's with his E, but if you manage to play save like in most of your matchups he'll be a free kill in mid - lategame
Jayce
He will be annoying with his ranged pokes and melee disengages, but at a certain point your W slows him so much, that even his disengage won't be enough to bring you down. I'd say lvl 8 is a good level to punish him. If you have a nice jungler you can also punish him earlier.
Kayle
You will be able to stack up easily pre 6. You can easily sustain with sheen and go for some kills on her since she is squishy af. She'll be a huge threat with lvl 16+ so make sure to destroy her early on and remember to stack your Q's.
Kennen
You can't fight him until your W is maxed. He is just to fast and he will outtrade you in any cases. Just farm under your turret and ask for help. Later on you should be able to deal with him. Get yourself spirit visage and adapted helm.
Kled
Don't get hit by his chains. His damage hurts a lot and in most of the cases when fighting him he'll get Skarll back because he can easily kite you with his E. He can always run off and he will make your lane a pain in the ass. He also makes it easy for his jungler to dive you. This lane will be very risky and it highly depends on how wellyour enemy performs with Kled.
Malphite
Stack dude. Just stack. His E will decrease your attack speed but who cares. He deals no damage. He needs a jungler to fight you. Stack budy. You have been blessed to fight a stone.
Maokai
Stack. Tree is falling sooner or later. You won't really kill him, but he will also not be able to kill you once you got spirit visage. Once again feel blessed Summoner.
Mordekaiser
Absolute pain in the Ass. He is as painful as Darius. He won't let you get any stacks in early game and he doesn't need items to destroy you. Doran's shield and conquerer is all he needs to fuck you up pre 6. Sometimes I think about building qss against him, but this would also be a waste on your item build. Just get your sheen, spirit visage and adaptive helm. Make sure to dodge his E's and don't force unnecessary trades with him.
Nasus
He is your brother. Hug him and share minions. You'll both have a great time
Nautilus
All he got is CC. His damage is moderate but not too much. He will just be a burden, if his jungler shows up
Olaf
He heals too much with his W and he is immune to your slow while he ults. He is an absolute beast with conquerer and his pokes with his Q will tilt you for sure. In any cases, try to stack as much as possible or dodge the game. He is probably your hardest counter
Ornn
He will deal a lot of damage in early game since you have no HP yet, but he falls of quickly and you'll be able to stack. Don't force fights pre 6.
Pantheon
Thanks god he got reworked. His pokes in early game are weak and you'll be able to farm up quite nice but don't underestimate him. His E is going to be a burden since your Q's will deal nearly no damage, but at some point you can probably dive him.
Poppy
Pain, Pain, Pain. Even though she is a tank, her smashes against the wall hurt badly. Just avoid standing near walls and don't force dives or unnecessary trades. You'll be able to stack up if you don't mess up. If she plays really good, then things are gonna be quite harder and you'll be stressed for sure.
Quinn
Outranges you, knocks you back, makes you blind and pokes you to death. Get yourself righteous glory and Iceborn gauntlet. Randuins is also a good choice. Well it also depends on the rest of their team, but those items will be quite helpful.
Renekton
He is a lane bully who will always go to kill you pre 6 and after lvl 6. Maintain a huge distance between you and him. Armor isn't very useful, since he will rush black cleaver and he will probably go conquerer for more damage. I would still recommend Frozen heart and ninja tabis as a save option. If you dislike this idea, then at least sacrifice trinity force and go Iceborn gauntlet. Else I see no point of winning this lane. Most renektons also pick ignite to give them a higher win condition (which in my opinion is just overkill). However in late you can kill him, if you stack up a bit.
Rengar
Do not get killed by him with lvl 1. Else your game is over. Take distance from bushes and get yourself Frozen Heart asap such as ninja tabis. You will dominate him in mid - late game.
Riven
She will try to avoid your farming, but I personally think she is on the same stage as garen. I'd also say she is a bit weaker, since you can already fight her with lvl 6 and Sheen if you haven't died to her before. Don't fear high rank Riven players. You're the high tier OnePunchDog and they should fear you!
Rumble
He will poke you a lot and cause damage over time but overall you can kill him easily. After lvl 6 he is freelo.
Ryze
He will poke you like crazy in early and take his distance, but since he got nerfed, he is quite easy to kill in midgame. You can sustain easily. Get mercury's and spirit visage. He'll cry about your sustain.
Shen
Easy lane to stack, but be careful. He has a huge powerspike with tiamat in early. After that phase you can stack easily. you can stack CDR easily by going hybrid (kindlegem, glacial shroud, sheen etc.)
Singed
Be careful. He'll often dive you and you'll die a lot pre 6 if he plays it mechanically good, because you are very squishy in the early game. Abuse his proxyfarm and stack minions in lane. Go spirit visage and mercury's as well to sustain while being pushed in. Your jungler can hunt Singed if he wants to go for a kill.
Sion
easy stacks. Care about enemy junglers but other than that once again freelo.
Swain
His damage is moderate, but he will poke you quite often and he sustains a lot. You can easily stack with spirit visage and mercury's so go for it.
Teemo
Here we go...
Rush magic resistance, ask for help and avoid mushrooms. Control wards are very important. If you wish go with Oracle Lens. Just make sure to get a lot sustain. Other than that he is not a hard opponent.
Trundle
He is weak pre 6. His ult will be a pain in the ass and since there is Sanguine Blade you won't be able to fight him. Get yourself Frozen heart asap such as ninja tabis and stack as much as possible.
Tryndamere
He is easy pre 6. Just stack as much as possible, stack armor. Thornmail, Frozen heart, ninja tabis. Stay cautious after 6. You'll have enough sustain at a certain point.
Urgot
Avoid direct engages in early game and don't let yourself get poked to much. midgame fights against him will be significant, but you can rely on your jungler for secure kills.
Vladimir
you can easily heal back. His dmg will be nothing against you if you rush spirit visage, merkury's and adaptive helm. Just destroy him already >:)
Volibear
He might be a tank, but he can easily destroy you in the early game, while he is fucked in late. Don't mess up and stack minions. Ganks pre 6 are helpful
Wukong
His early damage might be powerful, but he gets lots of weaker after you stack some armor and even his black cleaver won't help him that much. You'll destroy him if you stack decent.
Yasuo
Hasagi!!!! He'll poke you badly pre 6. Get sheen, tp back, slow him down, press Ult and fuck him up. His game is over and the typical 0/10/0 yasuo goes on.
Yorick
His Q deals more damage than yours pre midgame. Make sure to dodge his E's and don't get caged too much. He can destroy you just by pushing and junglers can react to his push with a possible dive. You need to rely on your jungler and bless for Rito games to make a 1v2 while they towerdive.
