Actully, i just played this once.
If you don't get a good early-game. it's lost. You are useless. So it's a risk going this way. But i'm loveing it better then ap Gragas.

Items

I think this is the best possible build, if you going tank. But if you against someoen like WW or Malz, then go Mercurial Scimitar instead of Maw. And if the enemy don't got any CC at all, then go Ninja Tabi instead of Mercury's Treads.
You can aswell go Tri Force, instead of Iceborn Gauntlet, if you need more dmg.
