So I have had great success using this build, and I hope you do too. This build is entirely focused on building attack damage and life steal so you can last longer and still get kills.
You will be a great help in team fights or ganks because of the massive amounts of attack damage you will do. Whenever you are engaging, Stun with W, attack with Q, and then attack with E. This is the most effective combination when engaging. When you are in the top lane, harassing with Q is a good way to bring health down in the early and mid game. BUT BE WARY, if you are in the top lane and you have a two on one match up, stay away from attacking unless you kill both champions, or kill one and route the other. The boots of mobility allow you to get around the map quickly if you need to go down and secure the middle lane, and they are very handy when disengaging.

I recommend teaming up with Kayle in the top lane because of her ability to keep you in the fight.
