He stacks armor with passive,you can kill him early but after he gets sheen its kinda over for you. Get anti heal,some armor and if you have an ap jngl you can win this.

Panth is a real cool champ is my opinion, and is currently one of the top tier picks.
He's a Q spammer early,and you should do it and try to freeze the lane as much as you can so you can harrass your enemy.
Roaming is good,but you shouldn't do it too frequently.
Since you havent got tp,ulting for a cannon wave is fine,and roaming is bad if the enemy toplaner is one of the people that WILL outscale you and destroy you if you give em 1 level back on you.
