In parliament today, we have Singed. He has been enhanced to make him faster and more sustainable during team fights. The formula is damage = speed * time. Speed is measured via the runes and the mythic passive whereas time is assessed by mana/health regeneration + shields.

Phase Rush : Absolute hidden gem of a keystone on melee champions especially on Singed where you can fully abuse its potential. It allows you to combo your laner (activate Phase Rush) and run them down or disengage with your poison essentially winning you the trade and gaining an advantage.

Nimbus Cloak : After using a summoner spell become ghosted gaining bonus movement speed. That is why Ghost is key as, in partnership with this rune, it enables you to outpace any champion

Celerity : All movement speed bonuses are more effective (Phase Rush, Nimbus Cloak, Your R, Ghost, and Crown passive) and gain bonus movement speed. Again enable you to outpace any champ.

Gathering Storm : Gain bonus AP every 10 minutes therefore no need to worry vastly on buying AP.

Shield Bash : While shielded gain bonus defenses. In addition gain bonus health, a larger shield, and an empowered auto-attack. Great for stalling, great for this playstyle.

Unflinching : Gain slow resist and tenacity per missing health. Good against exhaust and good when you need to use bonus movement speed to escape with low health.

The go to mythic because it reduces 75% incoming damage whilst giving bonus AP and an abundance of mana. Furthermore, it grants bonus movement speed and AP to all legendaries. As a result, you can initiate a team fight with all the bonus movement speed, tank moderate damage while dealing poison damage, and get out with acceptable health.

Pretty simple: it is the cataylse of the rest of the build. You go fast while they go slow. Who says league isn't educational? because in addition to Horizon Focus, anyone who chases you learns Lesson 1 of league: NEVER CHASE A SINGED.

Donates an abundance of mana. Grants bonus health per mana. Immbolizing or slowing an enemy grants you a shield which increases if there is more than one enemy nearby. With shield bash, the shield gets even bigger, ensuring you stay alive. All thanks to Rylai's.

Slowing or immobilizing an enemy increases your damage dealt to them. As previously mentioned, if a champion stays with your Q, they will take vast amounts of damage. Moreover, you can run them down after: you are fast; they are slow.

Enhances your shield bash enhancing your Fimbulwinter shield and healing for your R. On a side note, all your items give health, so you can sell boots for Warmog's late game to become a sturdy battlemage: able to self peel for your carries

[*] Let your laner push into you
[*] Can cheese a W, E combo under the tower to get a kill/or almost, burning a summoner and getting a lane advantage.
[*] When low on health/mana in a fight, R to regenerate at a faster rate
[*] Using W to slow is a great gank setup
[*] In team fights, Ghost, R + Q + E onto a priority target so your team is able to focus them
[*] Use E to peel/self-peel
