Hail of blades: Passive: Starting an attack windup against an enemy champion triggers Hail of Blades, and if the windup completes, you gain 2 stacks of the effect for 3 seconds, with the duration refreshing on basic attacks against enemy champions until all stacks are consumed. Stacks are consumed per basic attack on-attack and an additional one is gained whenever your basic attack timer is reset
While Hail of Blades is active, you gain 110% bonus attack speed and your speed cap is increased temporarily. The triggering attack benefits from Hail of Blades
