[ENGAGE]
It depends on how good Leona is playing. If she allows you to chunk her down to half-hp lvl1 you are good. Otherwise, respect her lvl2 spike and the fact that she can engage on you through minion wave. Generally if you are playing against tank/engage supports you want to help your adc gain a push priority by constantly attacking the wave or enemy laners, use created space to establish deep vision against enemy jungler and back off whenever needed.
Pantheon
Good pantheon will always W you. If he W your adc for some reason, you just disengage by zoning his adc with your Q. You can also try to bait him into jumping onto you lvl1 if you are running Electrocute especially and chunk him down pretty hard.
Hecarim
[JUNGLER]
I find these to be the most unpredictable with their ganks and movement in general making their ganks almost unavoidable. Good choice for a ban.
Lee Sin
[JUNGLER]
Same as Heca. Often goes for lane ganks and sits in botlane bushes
Nocturne
[JUNGLER]
Same as Heca
Yasuo
His W wall will ruin your life. Always consider banning him.
Senna
Recent changes made her really strong. You cant outtrade her in lane and she scales as good as you do. Good option for a ban.
Xerath
[POKE MAGE]
W max lane makes me sad. Try to outsustain him, since you cant outtrade without a lot of experience playing against him. His abilities are possible to dodge, but even if you can dodge them, your adc can't. You should look for all-in if he misses E. Or look for roams and pray your adc respects him.
Vel'Koz
[POKE MAGE]
Same as Xerath
Annie
Point and click stun bruh. Let your adc get stunned and Q their adc for a disengage.
Rell
[ENGAGE]
Same as Leona. But less tanky. Don't stay close to teammates after lvl6, disengage with R.
Renata Glasc
Renata lacks mobility and can easily be caught in your Q. But her revive and ult is annoying
Lux
[POKE MAGE]
Luxes are usually clueless. They randomly throw away their skills hoping to hit something. Look for all-in if she misses her Q. Her real power comes from how fast she can clear waves, pushing you under tower, which you dont normally want to happen.
Karma
[POKE MAGE]
Same as Lux. Trade from behind your minions or when her mantra is on CD.
Brand
[POKE MAGE]
Same as Lux. Dodge his W forward. Be aware of instant stun Q > E combo.
Swain
[ENGAGE MAGE]
Same as Lux. Dodge his E forward. Consider rushing anti-heal item.
Zyra
[ENGAGE MAGE]
Same as Lux. Bait her E and look for all-in.
Vex
[ENGAGE MAGE]
Same as Lux. Try as hard as you can to dodge her R or get oneshoted.
Blitzcrank
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
This matchup difficuly depends on how well you can dodge his Q, which is pretty predictable usually. Be ready to burn your flash before Q hits you and not after. If he grabs your adc, Q enemy adc for a disengage. If laning is no hope, leave your adc and look for roams
Pyke
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Same as Blitzcrank. If you react fast enough, you can cancel his Q channel and if your adc can follow up it should result into a kill on him. Stay away from his E range and be ready to flash his E > Flash combo. Roams a lot, should be easy to follow him. Or roam yourself and pray your adc sits under tower and waits.
Thresh
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Same as Pyke. Put a Control Ward ontop of his lantern for The Funny
Rakan
[ENGAGE]
Q on his W or Q his adc for a chance to hit them both when Rakan uses E. Go for Shurelya and watch your team run away from his R engage. Make sure to follow him whenever he roams.
Bard
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Loses to you in lane, but his roams can mess with your team's mental. Rush boots and follow him on roams or roam yourself, so his team flames him even more
Alistar
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Similar to Bard. Has to use flash to even attempt for an engage.
Nautilus
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Similar to Bard. His engage is really predictable and if he misses q and pulls himself closer to you, he is pretty much dead.
Janna
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Similar to Bard. You can meet eachother on toplane lvl2 which is always funny.
Tahm Kench
[ROAMING SUPPORT]
Similar to Bard. Tanky but doesnt do anything.
Braum
Joke of a champion. He even makes it easier for you to hit your bubbles with his E. And his W > E combo on ally followed by your Q is guaranteed stun on both of them. Always wait out his E before ulting.
Taric
Does almost nothing. Always be prepared to flash his flash E combo. You can take attack speed runes to hit him even more.
Lulu
[ENCHANTERS]
Can be scary with hypercarries. You outscale her, you have better laning phase. Enchanters are usually really clueless about laning so you can abuse their bad trades for your advantage. Land Q and go for all-in.

As a support, does nothing on lane
Morgana
Dont level your Q lol. Useless against you unless really fed.
Seraphine

Similar to Lulu. Dont stay directly behind your allies in teamfights.
Sona
[ENCHANTER]
Similar to Lulu. You can rush anti-heal if you feel like it.
Soraka
[ENCHANTER]
Similar to Lulu. Rush anti-heal.
Yuumi
[ENCHANTER]
Similar to Lulu. Rush anti-heal. If she is going for passive proc you can try to Q her adc and sometimes you catch them both in it.
Zilean
[ENCHANTER]
Similar to Lulu. If he ever hits you with his clock you can try to deny some minions for enemy adc with explosion
Caitlyn
[ADC]
Really annoying to lane against. Her E ability makes it hard for you to just run her down with your E > W > Q combo. She will be pushing you under tower almost every time. Ping your jungler there is a free kill.
Lucian
[ADC]
His dash makes it extremely hard to land your Q. Hold it until he dashes. Consider taking exhaust.
Kalista
[ADC]
Dashes are kinda predictable but her damage is very high. Consider taking exhaust.
Vayne

Has a strong early game. Can run you down with slow from her autos but has no dashes to dodge your Q

Brand
Brand + Nami is the LEAST enjoyable lane to play against in the whole league of legends i swear. The thing is, brand procs your E with his passive as well. And there is this ridiculous oneshot combo with his Ludens and your Mandate. This guy also counters new meta pick or ban support Renata since her ult basically does nothing excpet for micro-stun because he is not an auto-attacker
Zeri
Zeri lacks damage early game and you can solve that problem by just existing. Nami Zeri is a free lane phase and insane late scaling.
Xayah
Really oppressive lane. Easy poke and easy all-ins. The main problem is the fact that not every adc knows how to manage waves properly resulting in you being susceptible to ganks. Ping omw every time you are going to ward and hope adc follows. Go for Imperial Mandate.
Draven
Same as Xayah. Look for easy dives against squishies.
Lucian
Same as Xayah.
Viktor
His damage and survivability with new mage items are insane. Go for Imperial mandate.
Cassiopeia
She has a lot of damage but lacks uptime for it. E her and watch her run enemy botlane down.
Twitch
Hypercarry with a strong laning. He has the biggest health bar on botlane lvl1. You might look for early fistfights since Twitch usually wins them. Go for Shurelya
Jhin
Strong laning, strong scaling. Also he can set up for your Q with his W which is always nice.
Jinx
Hypercarry with a strong laning. E her when she is going for a long trade with her Q-empowered AAs. Go for Shurelya
Caitlyn
If Caitlyn uses traps properly, should be easy. Whenever someone steps on them, they are pretty much dead with your follow up.
Ezreal
I personally dislike laning with him, but his lategame damage is insane with your Mandate
Kai'Sa
Yet another hypercarry with a strong laning.
Kalista
Make sure she gets ahead early on or she will be useless for the rest of the game. Can set up for easy ganks if she binds to jungler and not you.
Tristana
Same as Xayah, but does not scale that well.
Akshan
You can E him when he E but he oneshots everybody anyway.
Vayne
