This type of Zilean is more played for fun than ranked and you can play it if you are in normal cue and no one wants to play support because they are selfish. This starts off as a great support and can even turn into a heavy poke master (and maybe carry) in mid and late game.

You take Heal and not Exhaust because your Time Warp is a similar version of [Exhaust] but just the slow and Heal can help sustain better
