~Pentakill Warwick Guide~
"It's time to hunt."
This build revolves around getting
Warwick's attack speed to be as close to the cap of 2.50 as possible, when his
Hunters Call is active. The result of the build is a very sticky
Warwick that will be very close to the attack speed cap and do tons of damage, while still having the survivability needed to dive into team fights.
While using this build you
must gank all game. Jungle while you run to the next lane you are going to gank but don't spend to long in there because this build relies on you snowballing lanes and carrying the team on your own shoulders.
Items Explanations:
Doran's Blade +
Mana Potion: The passive on the
Doran's Blade helps with sustain and is so good for those early ganks that
Warwick does tend to under perform in. The
Hunter's Machete isn't needed here as you will be ganking more so an early
Blade of the Ruined King is more usefull.
Berserker's Greaves - Furor: Used for the extra attack speed. Furor enchantment should be pick up around mid game to make chasing super easy.
Blade of the Ruined King: This item is a bit of a no-brainer in this build. It makes ganks super easy when combined with your
Blood Scent (and later on furor enchantment). No one can escape the amazing movement speed created by this combo. The lifesteal also adds tons of sustain in the jungle keeping
Warwick between 90%-100% HP at all times in the jungle and usually over 50% while out of the jungle. The attack speed also helps out with our goal of near maxing it out.
Wit's End: This item adds the extra passive onto
Warwick's basic attacks, that combines well with
Eternal Thirst. The second passive of
Wit's End also helps as you deal magic damage on your
Eternal Thirst and with your
Hungering Strike. Magic resist of course is useful during ganks in mid lane or against any other AP enemies. Lastly, more attack speed is always good :P
Infinity Edge: With so many basic attacks it is always good idea to pick up an
Infinity Edge. This will add some more power behind your AAs. You could buy this now or after your
Randuin's Omen, depending on how fed you are.
Randuin's Omen: All the usual reasons why you would pick up a
Randuin's Omen apply here. You will be jumping into every fight so you will be needing plenty of defensive stats to keep your HP up. The active also makes his chasing potential 100% inescapable without flashing over a wall.
Warmog's Armor: The final item in our build to make
Warwick unkillable. Pretty much just adds a butt ton of HP enabling you to win fights when you are outnumbered with great ease.
