prioritize ganks over csing as your clear is terrible. If red is topside, gank top first, if red is botside gank mid first. I usually ignore bot lane pre 6 until I know I can get a kill so not to waste my time. Think of kills as a way twitch gets gold rather then hard farm his jungle as he lacks pressure in his own jungle. When you gank early Q before you enter a bush as people ward their bushes to watch for twitch cheese, and usually will position in a ways so they won't die. If your gank doesn't work and you die, or if your laner doesn't follow and gives a free kill don't become discouraged, because you have the entire game to get fed. Work on ganking lanes that are over extended, or without summoners, communicate dives top lane and mid.

When doing gromp early, try to save smite for him as his early game damage his high. Smiting first camp isn't too bad as it gives you level 2 before the enemy laner gets to their lane and gives you time to start walking towards them. Dragons are important, but because of how vulnerable twitch is early, try to only do them when the enemy bot lane is dead, backed, or when you absolutely NEED to.
