Pros / Cons
- Able to lock down champions easily with bear stance.
- Able to chase opponents with the base movement speed plus the speed bear stance give.
- Clears jungle camps quickly and easily.
Cons :
- Countered by champions & items with slows.
- Countered by heavy true damage by champions like Olaf & Vayne
Some unique skills by udyr players are 'sidestepping' & counter-jungling.
Sidestepping - Sidestepping is a skill where players move in a zig-zag motion in order to dodge skill shots and CCs. This can be the escape mechanism as the player can dodge CCs and prevent them from getting locked-down.
Counter-Jungling - Counter-Jungling can be the way to cripple the enemies' jungler. By preventing them from getting their buffs, their leveling is also slowed down and also further prevents them from ganking your lanes so on and so forth. Counter-Jungling can be very dangerous also as you may get caught in the enemies' jungle and you yourself would get crippled. So, be cautious when you are counter-jungling. I advice you to prevent counter-jungling champions like Lee Sin as Lee Sin is a very strong 1v1 & early game champion.
