Hello everybody and welcome to see my presentation about "New Meta" on Udyr!

My name is Vihruawa and i play on "Europe Nordic and East" server. I'm in "Gold II" division and i've carried my way from "Bronze I" to "Gold V" in 10 Days, playing with this Udyr.

So why is it worth to play this "Meta", instead of ordinary Udyr?

Pros:
+ You can clear jungle fast with Wingborne Storm, so you get stacks to Ranger's Trailblazer - Devourer quickly.
+ Deals more Damage than AD.
+ You hit many unit at the same time.
+ Strong bursts in late game.
+ You get AP scaled for Iron Mantle and Wingborne Storm

Cons:
- With this build, not so tanky.
- With this build, low armor.

I use same runes than in "Godyr The Phoenix ~ Patch 5.5" Guide.


Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed Movement speed is very important on Udyr. This is because you will be spending quite a lot of time in your jungle getting stacks and the extra movement speed allows you to move quickly between camps, and to get faster stacks. Also, it improves your ganking capabilities, as you can quickly rush the enemy and stay with them as you attack for better ganks.

Greater Mark of Attack Speed These are SO good on Udyr. They improve your clear time drastically, and make your first clear a lot less painful, as well as making your ganks more effective as you can dish out more damage. Also, the more attack speed you have, the more useful your Phoenix Stance will be, as the passive will proc more.

Greater Seal of Armor Armor seals, core on almost every jungler. These significantly and very noticeably lower the damage you take from camps, and when you fight opposing teams. Flat armor is needed as you will be taking physical damage throughout the whole game, and scaling armor would make your first clear's so painful

Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction Udyr is very reliant on cooldowns, as all his damage output comes from his stances, and you need to quickly be able to change between them for the best clear times, and ganks.

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist You only need 3 of these, as the jungle camps won't do magic damage to you. These will help you in ganking the enemy mid, who will likely be AP, as well as in teamfights, where you obviously need to live.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM WHEN JUNGLING WITH UDYR! You keep stacking this item as much as possible by farming camps in Jungle, what gives you more Magic Damage permanently.

For fast Jungling, take Boots of Swiftness. They will help you to move quickly in jungle and they make Ganks effective by not losing Movement Speed while in combat. Distortion increases Ghost Movement Speed from 27% to 40%, and its Cooldown is lower. Ghost helps Udyr to chase enemies better than Flash.

This Hybrid item is great with Wingborne Storm Udyr. You get Hybrid damage + Lifesteal and Spellvamp. Hitting Active helps to slow and chase enemies down when ganking.

For Attack Speed and Damage + its Passive.

For Health, Cooldown Reduction etc. and its Passive is great item for fighting.

Hybrid item with great Passive for Udyr.

If enemies have lots of AD and you need lots of health, build this instead Guinsoo's Rageblade.

or

Against feeded AD champions, build this instead Guinsoo's Rageblade
