No Fun Allowed Ashe :(

By Bricks N Chips
Introduction

Hello hello, I'm Bricks N Chips and I started playing league like last year and I'm pretty **** at 90% of the characters I play. However, I do like to be toxic which is the reason why one of my most played characters and one of the few I have m7 with is Singed.

So, Naturally, I decided to find a build that will make my enemies want to tear their hair out even more than Singed whilst being so braindead even I can't mess it up. The first step to this was looking at some of the most annoying parts of singed... and one main thing came to my mind. That being, when you're chasing singed, or simply existing around him in a team fight, you're taking a ****ton of pretty much unavoidable damage unless you want to act like a little baby boy coward and turn to run. The second most annoying thing is when a singed builds Rylai's, because not only are you seeing your health tick down slowly but surely.. you now have your legs broken and can't even take the option of being a stupid idiot coward baby because if you do, singed is going to turn back around and fling your stupid slowed ***. So really, there's not a lot you can do unless you have tons of gap closers or a slow.

So knowing what made my enemies smash their 5 thousand dollar rgb gamer setup to little bits in anger, I went onto the next phase of testing to see if I could replicate it, but better..........
Why Ashe?
Slows
How is it feasible?
Usually, in order to get that sweet sweet 60% slow for 2 seconds, you have to get up enough crit to achieve it on your autos or wait on a long cooldown because you're going marksman items. However, what if there was another way... The answer is really simply just lots and lots of CDR.

"Okay, so just go ap because that's generally how you get the highest cdr because of items like cosmic drive and yada yada." Well yeah, that would get you a lot of cdr, but if the only thing in your kit with ap scaling is your ult, the enemy team might as well just ignore you and kill your teammates, it doesn't really matter if they can't catch you if you aren't doing damage to them. So, that's where my patented pog build comes into play.
Tell us about your funny build, magic man

The build revolves around the bonus AD and onhit damage to your abilities granted based on your mana, it's what allows you to build Liandry's Torment for the mana and burn damage. Speaking of the burn damage, it works to make Poke Ashe top a bit more hybrid in terms of damage types(Still around 70AD/30AP split, but regardless.) Additionally, it can trigger the Collector if you want to pick that item up, don't sleep on that synergy, it can pick you up a few kills when you normally wouldn't be able to get them. Really, this is the core of the build- you can just build any other items you want that flex well into the enemy team. It should be noted however that the most important stats to the playstyle are in this order Ability Haste > Attack Damage > Lethality/Armor Pen > Mana > Resistances > AP > etc... though you might just have to pick up some items with lower stat priority simply for the active depending on the enemy team comp.
Playstyle

In the early-game just play like a ***** and W from range if there's any significant amount of danger, feel free to look at the matchup information to see how to play against the harder toplaners. Also, make sure to use your E to help reveal the enemy Jungler. Additionally, if your lane is going too slow and you can't get a kill with ult and you have adequate vision to not worry about enemy jungler ganking, feel free to send your ult over to over lanes. Just make sure to coordinate with your teammates about when/where they want it sent so they can benefit from it, a wasted Ashe ult is a sad thing. Beyond playing like a *****, just ward and save Summoner spells for if jungle ganks and you need them to escape. Typically all it takes to escape an attempted gank is an early W to slow followed up by ghost to outrun them and flash if they have long range cc.

In the early to mid game before you have your Manamune and liandry's powerspike, the goal is to roam to other lanes, look for an ult kill, and W the enemy laner under tower while taking it. It's very hard to defend tower against poke ashe and another laner. Keep in mind that some champions can just waveclear easily from a safe distance, use your knowledge of the enemy team to decide where it's best to roam.

Once you do have the core of this build down, it's really simple. Just play with your team and constantly spam W. You're quite easy to kill so it's important to position correctly before/during a teamfight, you staying alive is hugely important to the success of said teamfight. It's really really annoying to teamfight while slowed by 60%/being lit on fire by liandry's.

If the enemy team is playing safe and just defending towers instead of teamfighting, all you have to do is push tower with your team and Spam W at the enemy team while they're sitting under tower (make sure to not walk under tower while you have liandry's burn on one or more of the enemy team, tower will **** you up.) Similarly to the mid-game where you pressured lanes and helped take towers, it'll be very difficult to defend this push, and if they stay, chances are their health will be whittled down to the point where they can just be dived and killed, resulting in your team getting the tower anyways.

Lastly, throughout the whole mid to late-game, your ult is going to be on a 40-30 second cooldown, and it's a /huge/ playmaking tool for your team. Try and get strategic picks as often as possible, if you can manage to catch someone off guard and your team takes advantage of the 3s stun, you're pretty much guaranteed to win the upcoming teamfight.
