People who play Akali, or any assassin against you underestimate you. initiate on her with a slow, wait for her to leave her shroud, then fuck her up. If she leaves, heal up.
Azir
I've played against azir top. Rush cutlass for slow, watch how he answers your engage. Make him run away from you.
Camille
She traps you in her zone. The 1v1 is easy enough. Destroy her.
Cho'Gath
Don't stop moving in lane. Make him work for his skillshots. You will get ganked, and be sure to trade with him as often as possible, after you get 4/5 fury.
Darius
Early game you suffer a lot, concede CS and don't feed. Don't let him get free damage on you. Mid or Late game you win all 1v1s. There is a risk you can take in early game, however. At level two you are superior in every way. Don't be afraid of using your passive. Engage on him at level two and you should be able to force him out of lane. Rinse and repeat.
Dr. Mundo
Early game you suffer, but you'll get ganked because your wave shove is better than his. He will never be able to 1v1 you under any circumstance, given that you don't take too much Q's, and you have the Tank Shredder Set.
Ekko
I played against an ekko, this matchup is so easy. Dodge his Q, zone him from farm. Get out of his w, and keep an eye on his silhouette.
Fiora
harder matchup. She will try and hit a vital of yours. Do not be intimidated. Auto until you have your empowered W (Blood Price), then smash her for damage if she does that(regardless if she gets a vital or not). NEVER Q ON HER. SHE WANTS YOU TO Q ON HER, THEN SHE RIPOSTES' YOU, then you take heavy damage, and tbh you'll either die of be forced back. Then you get ganked. If you never Q on her, she will never use riposte. If she wastes riposte, Q on her and fuck her up. If she ults you, do the classic back up against a wall and fight her with your back against a wall. You'll come out on top.
Fizz
Rush cutlass, slow him. If he engages you, engage him. If he runs away, try to force out his E and continuously zone him. Don't let him get free damage on you.
Galio
Easy. He doesn't scale with armor, as he is an anti mage. You like getting taunted 1v1, and you shred him, and you are NOT a mage.
Gangplank
fuck this guy. He will harass you with Q's so start E. Play Early game SAFE. If you're good fuck with his barrels. Late game the manliest thing he will do is kite you 1v1.
Garen
Play safe early game. Late game he's easy. Kite him if he q's on you. While farming, he will e you for a lot of damage, but once all his stuff is on cooldown, its free harass.
Gnar
Gnar is classic poke. Start e, and play early safe. While he is in Mega Gnar form, easy harass. While he is little Gnar, he's just annoying. Bear with laning and try not to take free damage. It's also almost impossible to initate on him because of his E jump.
Gragas
This guy is EZ. The main goal for gragas is to burst you, so watch out for setups, i.e he barrels a certain place to ult you in, then wombo you. Slow him and Q on him at every chance. Make sure your fury bar is 3/4 out of 5.
Graves
Fuck this guy. His autos are heavy and he bursts you easily early game. get armor early on and play safe. He deals way too much damage, and kites good. You will end up conceding a lot of CS, because otherwise he punishes you whenever you CS.. However, if he comes at you when you have 3/4 out of 5 fury, you almost almost always win if you All-In him.
Heimerdinger
FUCK THIS GUY. heck I would go TP Smite. Start E, and play laning phase safe. Don't stop moving around. try to build up your fury bar and all-in him if the chance arises. Don't baited into a gank.
Illaoi
You generally win 1v1's. Do NOT get yourself get hit with her E. In that case you lose.
Irelia
I used to main Irelia, now she sucks so hard. She'll try to burst you, and then kill you after you revive. You win all 1v1s under equal footing. Try to figure out where she will get her minion reset(Q reset). Once you figure that out, punish her.
Jarvan IV
A bit hard. Get Armor early on, he will try to harass you with Q, so start E. DO NOT GET POKED. GETTING POKED ONCE HURTS A LOT if he builds AD, and then you lose leverage on All-Ins.
Jax
Not really a counter. Your ult > his ult. harass him in lane with Blood Price, then if he's had enough of it, and wants to stun you, leave and then Q on him, and continue harass. WATCH WHEN HE tries to E you. DON'T AUTO when he e's and be vigilant. You win all 1v1s that way.
Jayce
If played well, this guy can out-duel you. His poke against you cripples you, so avoid his skill shots. Don't stop moving. initiate on him with a slow, then when he knocks you away, Q him if possible then go on him. If not, heal up.
Kayle
She will kite you hard. It's impossible to out kite her, but if she all-ins you on equal footing, make sure you have at least 3/4 out of 5 fury before you fight. At least at the end of the fight, she will likely run away after exhausting her Ult. Whether you chase or not after that will heavily depend on your current cooldowns and HP.
Kennen
This matchup is as hard as you want it to be. stay patient, and look to slow her. When you slow her she'll try to run away. Rinse and repeat until you get an engage window. Don't get ganked.
Kled
This guy is annoying. He wants to trade with you until his W goes on cooldown, then he will run away. Sustain back damage taken and you win all 1v1's. Do not get caught by his Q. When skarrl is down, he doesn't hold a candle to you. KILL HIM before he gets back on. At that kind of HP, Aatrox can do it at equal footing.
Malphite
As hard as you want it to be. Hang back early game, sustain back HP after trades. His Q's deal a lot of damage early on, so be careful about that. He is tanky. Let him Q you, it literally eats all his mana. Care for ganks, and if he ults you on equal footing, go on him.
Maokai
So easy. your sustain > his sustain and your damage is so much more consistent. Trade wisely.
Mordekaiser
CARE EARLY GAME, dont take his consecutive mace hits. Once you reach lvl 6, you win all 1v1s.
Nasus
so easy. harass him with Blood Price and zone him from cs. Punish any time he cs'es. His late game will NEVER surpass your late game. You can 1v1 at any stage of the game.
Nautilus
you out-sustain him. Early game is a bit rough, play safe. Rack up a full fury bar and go on him.
Olaf
you win any 1v1. One olaf I went against got Executioners after losing 2 1v1's to me. If he gets that Executioners, YOU GET THAT TOO. Underhanded sissy.
Ornn
The newer tanks are just so tanky. What the heck, its not even fair. Just outsustain him, and look for prolonged fights. Watch for ganks and build up 4/5 fury bar to trade.
Pantheon
So hard. Too hard. Play safe and just build armor and forget about going damage for 10 minutes. You can get a dorans blade though. You lose all of early game and you might not ever achieve late-game. Once you hit late game, you win the 1v1 still. He will punish you for cs-ing.
Poppy
Don't Q on her carelessly, she can negate your leap. You win 1v1's and you out-sustain her. Watch for ganks.
Quinn
She'll try to poke you, just all-in her every chance you get. rack up a 3/4 fury and look to go all-in on her. Don't be half assed about this. Slow her, wait for her bounce, then slow her again/knock her up, then go apeshit on her. Play safe early game.
Renekton
level 6 you win. Don't get stunned before then. Play safe early.
Riven
EASY! when you descend with Q, you cannot be interrupted. Harass her with Blood Price forever. You win 1v1, you out-sustain her. I could win against box-box.
Rumble
rack up a 3/4 out of 5 rage bar, then initiate on him. Don't stay in his ultimate zone. Start E.
Ryze
Play safe early. Rush cutlass and slow him to force out his snare, then sustain back damage. After that, If he goes on you, go on him.
Shen
Please safe until level 3. Then you win all 1v1s. Don't let him get his empowered Q.
Singed
Too hard. Good singed's won't let you whack them down, they run around you in their stupid fucking poison. Rush magic resist. Fuck this guy. Don't engage. If he runs past ur turret to proxy, ENGAGE THIS MOTHERFUCKER, or at least punish him for doing that. every CS counts. If you've manage to not feed and do well, you can go split and 1v1 him late game. Don't chase, and if he runs around you, leave the poison area. Don't stop moving. Try to sustain back all the damage you take from his dumbass poison. TRy to make him run in a straight line.
Sion
He Q's you, you Q him before you get stunned, EZ.
Swain
Fuck this guy. You still win late game but it just takes a lot of patience. Don't get snared. Don't get kited, try to close gap if there's ever a chance without getting punished.
Tahm Kench
Care until level 11. That's right, level 11. Rack up 3/4 fury and let him eat you, or harass him with blood price until he does. Then go apeshit on him 1v1.
Teemo
This takes so much patience. Start E and try to CS. don't take careless damage. If you managed to play it safe and not feed, you win 1v1 @ lvl 6. He will zone you, and if he approaches you @ lvl 6, slow him and then go apeshit on him whether he runs or not. CARE FOR HIS SHROOMS. do not get baited into a minefield. Watch where he shrooms if possible.
Trundle
You win all 1v1's @ lvl 6. Play safe early game , since he has his ATK SPD steroid much easier than you do.
Tryndamere
The only way you'd have trouble is if you got camped. Using blood Price, Zone him from farm early game. YOU MUST PUNISH HIM FOR CSING. DONT LET HIM HIT MINIONS FOR FREE. Keep that up, and you win 1v1's forever. Rush phantom dancer and ninja tabi. Don't get ganked.
Urgot
He will never be able to kill you. If he ever kills you, most likely you would have your passive up, and he goes "WTF. Why can't he die." Your All in outclasses him, your sustain outclasses him, and your consistent damage outclasses him.
Vayne
HAHA. Anyone who goes vayne top is just straight up disrepectful. Play safe as always with ranged, but WARD FUCKING BUSHES. AND BE IN A POSITION WHERE YOU CANNOT BE STUNNED BY HER CONDEMN. Trade with her every opportunity. Play safe until 3.
Vladimir
his basic attacks are so weak. He'll try to poke you with Q, initiate on him if he does that. You win any 1v1. Make him run away during laning phase.
Wukong
He will not win any 1v1. Punish him with blood price.
Yorick
Your all-in > His all-in. Whack him down. Don't get hit by his E. If he traps you with his W, Leap on him with Q.
Yasuo
A bit hard, but if you E him with blooc price up, you'll win the trade. Try to fight when minions are scarce.
Rengar
This guy is easy. Try to engage on him in a bush. Try to predict where he will leap. WARD THE BUSHES. If you are confident in your predictions on where he will jump from the top bushes, fight him and follow him into the bush, and then he realizes he's fucked up. Regardless, after a trade, chase him into wherever bush he goes.
Lucian
You concede early game CS. rush a slow item (randuins or cutlass). Lose patience before 8 minutes, you lose. Late Game is imminent and you will crush him.
Master Yi
Go tank and you win. Mark my words. Forget about damage, rush a thornmail. You'll get damage later do not worry.
I love Aatrox. Pretty much people leave in champ select and flame Aatrox players non-stop but playing Aatrox requires a special type of spine. You need balls, not tilt, and have rough **** happen to you in your life.
Aatrox is mistreated by Riot, wish they did a better job with his rework. Only if it were so. Here is my guide.

What aatrox does is split. Because almost no one can 1v1 him late game, so they must allocate 2+ people to deal with him. You CANNOT DIE ON YOUR OWN. IF YOU DIE overextending, your team suffers as the fight becomes a 4v5. But if you are split pushing, they can defend 4v5 while you claim objectives.
If aatrox is behind, he should stick with the team and look for comebacks/ pick out enemies.

-Note that some players will run exhaust flash, or ignite flash on you. In this case, trade with them until they get low, then recall. Best case scenario is if they use at least one summoner spell.
ONCE YOU RECALL, BUY A CONTROL WARD before you return to lane. BECAUSE ONCE YOU GO BACK TO LANE WITH THEM AT LOW HP, you will MOST LIKELY GET GANKED. But under normal circumstances, no jungler comes, they are at low HP, you TP/go back to lane, and force them out/kill them because their summoner spell is useless... they lose leverage. If they recall, then you shove that wave and deny them CS. Rinse and repeat. Use your passive, extra passive cooldown time anyway.
