She can dash twice, so if you dash once when her Q is on you, she will come back at you. Try to go somewhere she can't point and click you.

Q, E, Ultimate is very good. A lot of slow and CC.

Champion Build Guide
Guide
Hello, I am a Pyke player. I am Pyke OTP and I am in the gold Division. In this Guide I am going to show you a few tips with Pyke. Pyke is an easy to learn champ based on how simple his abilities are, though he is hard to master due to his vulerability and inability to scale on late game.
Pyke is good as support, he is good as midlaner too, but there will be slight problems with the match since you won't be useful in late game.
The runes look odd, but they're good on Pyke. All of the runes contribute to Pyke's nerfs, burst damage in early game and for sustain since Pyke's Q can take a whole lot of mana with just one missed Hook or Tap and Pyke's cooldown.
I tottaly prefer Pyke to have his Q maxed instead of E, though it will take more mana, but if you know how to hook/tap and have manaflow you can miss a few and still have enough mana. Plus, manaflow can also give you back 1% of your mana every 5 seconds which it can be very helpful for your stustain.
Pyke's play style is playing aggressive and stay back when you don't think you can go in (see threats). That includes if you want to hook, if you want to hook, you should really think when you want to throw your hook (because you can lose a lot of mana). Pyke's Q can be cancelled too, so instead of losing all the mana, you will lose less and you won't waste all the mana. Because Pyke is having an ultimate that executes, abilities that can make him faster and camouflaged, including his Dash and hook that can immobilize somebody and reposition them makes him a perfect roaming champion. It's recommended to roam with him.
When there is a situation where your adc isn't good, it's the best to leave the lane and help others without staying in a lane where you can't do anything and let your teammates do the job themselves.
Another thing to mention about Pyke is that Prowler's Claw or Eclipse can be good too, but they're not 100% for Pyke. Prowler's is a sacrificing item, if you go in, you'll be focused and die, but your team will kill them (This won't always happen) and it has a very long cooldown while eclipse is good for protection, Pyke is too squishy and that shiled that eclipse will give you will be pointless because you will be oneshotted anyway. Which I say that Duskblade is the best for you because it has a 15 seconds cooldown and can do burst damage that can help you kill others faster.
That's all I can say, if you need more explination, comment on this guide.
