Hi all. This is my first build and the one that I currently use with Quinn.
On every matches you are going to have using this build, teamwork is the key to get kills, primarily in early game.

In early game, Quinn with this build is pretty vulnerable, so you need to play safe, get cs and gold, and be helped to the jungler and the support to get first 2-3 kills (using smite/flash/both if necessary).
When you have enough gold (thanks to the Avarice Blade) it's time to get Statikk and Bloodthirster done. Now you start to buy defensive items. Warmog or Frozen Mallet, no cares which first.
With these 5 items and no enemy fed you can shut down (almost) everyone in 1vs1. So, regroup your team, push one lane and win the game.

If your team is losing game, you have to wait an engage of the enemy team in your base to open a backdoor.
You don't need someone that tank the turret since you have more than 3000 hp. If you can, get the inhibitor too and use Ulti to fly away if the situation is getting dangerous.

Pros:
• In Mid and Late game you have either Attack Damage and Health
• If you cs hard it's easy earn necessary gold for the core items

Cons:
• Easily killable if alone against 2-3 or more, specially in early game
