Introduction
I like everything about Pyke, his design, gameplay, lore, etc. He's my main champion and one of my most comfortable picks.

I've been playing Pyke for around two years, but just in these last three to four months I've been really focused on him. I think I have somewhere around 200 total games on him, which is not much compared to other Pyke mains, but it's honest work.

Anyways, I'm making this guide because other guides really didn't help me that much, I basically made my own way with this champion, and I'm here to share my personal experience.

Pros / Cons

Pyke's Pros

Assassin Support
Very Good Early Game
Gold Sharing Your Cut
Straight Forward and Intuitive Kit
Exciting Gameplay
KS Pass
Pyke has a very unique playstyle, and this can be both good and bad depending on the situation and the enemy comp.

First of all, you are an Assassin Support, and this means that you will oftenly want to be securing kills with Death from Below so you can give your teammates as many Your Cut as possible and maximize your gold income.

You are one of the strongest early game champions due to your high base resistances, damage and Bone Skewer start, so in most games you are looking forward to an early level one cheese from lane bush, if your ADC wants to of course.
Pyke has an incredibly weak late game due to his Gift of the Drowned Ones and his unability to get bonus HP, which means your max health is capped at 2130.

His Death from Below is extremely easy to dodge with Flash Zhonya's Hourglass Heal and any ability that provides a dash or untargetability, between other things.

As Pyke you are very realiant on roaming and snowballing to end the game as fast as possible. And you are very bad if you fall behind in the early game, but some good picks with Death from Below can put you back into the game in no time.

Also, your peeling ability is very weak compared to other enchanters.

Pyke's Cons

Low Peel
VERY Bad Late Game
Death from Below is very dodgeable
Very Reliant on Roaming and Snowballing
Flamed for Kill Securing
Bad when Behind
Team Composition (Synergies/Counters)
Pyke fits well in teams that have good engage potential and CC.

You would want to avoid playing Pyke in teams that have no frontline, engage, CC or poke teams, unless you want to go Aftershock Tank Pyke.

Draven is THE synergy with Pyke.

If the enemy team has any inmortality, like Taric or Zilean, any untargetability, like Fizz or Gwen, relies on lifestal and healing, or is filled with BIG tanks, like Nasus or Cho'Gath, you will probably want to dodge because it will be a 4v5 for your team, unless you're an OTP Pyke and have no second pick.
Runes, Spells, Items, Abilities
In Progress. Read the first section of the Guide meanwhile.
Lane Phase / Early Game
Pyke is designed and forced to be played as a Support. You can play him Mid and it works just fine, but he works best in a duo lane, for now.

You will always start with default Support Item.
Depending on your runes, you will first buy either Mobility Boots or Dirk.

My personal strategy is to NOT leash and try to get first blood at level one from lane bush, with the help of your ADC of course, if he doesn't want to cheese then just don't.

Depending on the difficulty of the matchup and wave state, you will play accordingly, either by going full-monkey engage or waiting for your jung... just kidding, you're Pyke, if you don't like the lane you just roam.
Mid Game / Teamfighting
After you get level 6 you WILL force fights if you see enemies isolated or mispositioned, preferably taking those kills with your ult so you can share gold.

In teamfights, you will try to get a hook on a priority target, like an enchanter or the enemy carry, and let your team jump on them once they are mispositioned and slowed, thus vulnerable.
Once they jump in, wait the perfect moment to R and follow-up with E, stunning as many people as possible, then getting out with W or continue to get kills with R.

If you and your team are all ahead and you don't have split pushers, you could split push yourself if you see your team is winning 4v5 fights with ease.
On the other hand, if you or your team is behind, you should play safer, trying to get collapse opportunities on mispositioned fed enemies with bounties, and of course, securing the kill yourself with R and gold sharing.
Late Game
Your late game as Pyke is non existent.

If you don't end the game before 35 minutes you will suffer, unless your team is really far ahead.

You can't engage in fights or even get close to them because you are an assassin with 2k HP and little to no resistances or escape tools, so you will die in late game teamfights if you don't play it safe.
Conclusion
This is the first Guide I make. I will try to update and improve it over time.
