Introduction

Presenting you, the one and only, the mighty destructor of everything known, Racecar Veigar!

Hello. Not much to say appart from that, this item build has a core section, and a part where it shows the order in wich the core must be builded. It also has a final optional item, depending on the situation or your playstyle.

The build MUST BE DONE in that specific order, appart from the Rabadon/Luden's Echo. You can build either the rabadon or the echo first than the other depending on your lane situation.

As for the final item of the build, you can choose Rylai to be tanky, Nashor for On-Hit Veigar and a nice 20 cooldown reduction on all your spells (20+5 from the masteries, plus 10 from Talisman of Ascension, making it 35 in total. To max out cooldown reduction check the Runes chapter.), Twin Shadows to slow enemies and more movement speed, Zonhya for extra AP and invencible active, or Mejai if you'r feeling lucky.

Yes. The Nomad's medallion is necesary for the mana and life regeneration, plus 20 movement speed. The extra gold in lane and over time, plus the health and mana each time a minion dies is a nice early-game booster and late-game sustain.

Runes

RUNES NOTE: The flat AP runes are must-have because you need it for early game to deal a decent ammount of damage while rushing the movespeed that's going to keep you alive and let you kite/escape. However, if you want to sacrifice a little bit of early-game AP, i suggest you to bring 6 flat Cooldown Reduction Glyphs, the cooldown runes are a nice touch if you wish to be able to have full cooldown reduction late-game and 10 cooldown reduction at the start. You can change them to flat AP runes if you wish so.
