Welcome to my Season 7 Rakan Guide!
You basically want to all in at level 3 when you skilled every ability (Q,W,E) (except Ult)
Rakans level 3 engage might be one of the strongest a supp has not because of his high base damage even his CC is incredible good on the early level!
When it starts grouping you should always try to E him and if you build a Knights Vow always select him as your target, if you go for both or just the Zz'Rot Build you always wanna place the Zz'Rot on a sideline like Bottom or Top to pressure the lane(s).
