I am new in LoL but i have some ideas and iam going to write all of rammus
First,I have to say just it:
You must play with rammus if:
You know it
You need a so easy char to play
You like turtles
You like a strong attack damage and armor to kill all enemies

In the game you have to be a fast killer to win the game. To play with rammus you need return damage and atack with the bônus attack/armor and reduce the enemy attack speed. My favorite combo is Power ball + Randoin's omen active to reduce the attack speed enemy and Puncturing Taunt+ Defensive ball curl to return damage. Tremors + Surge = Your stongest combo.
