Items
Force of Nature-It's good for Rammus because he need some Magic Resist and Movement.
Guardian Angel-If you often die you will need it.
Warmog's Armor-It's perfect for every Tank
Ninja Tabi-Second choice for the Boots.
Aegis of Legion-It's ok but it's better for supporter.
Quicksilver Sash-Often I see it so I listed it on.
Summoner Spells
Exhaust:Good for a Tank sometimes you'll need it.
Ghost:Ghost+Rolling=NO DIEING
Flash:A Rammus can to so many thing with it.
Fortify:Also good for Tank's
Smite:Just for jungle Rammus
Teleport:With Powerball a suprise for the enemies.
