You're basically not doing much, Udyr should always start red, you can use the damage, don't forget to conserve mana until you reach blue. Till then, after taking Red, you should take Wraiths and instantly head over to Blue. Your clearing path should be simple and be like a line. Wight -> Wolves -> Wraiths -> Golems. After that you can take their jungle, you are one of the fastest clearing Junglers, don't worry about it. Before you back, you should be level 5 or 6 with 1150+ gold. Congratulations! You've made it to taking your Madred's and Spirit Stone. Udyr needs both these items, Madred's for even faster clearing. Remember the ward you dropped at dragon? Let's get going to it!, use your Teleport and get over there. Right when you tp, you should turtle, not a big shield, but you should still use it. As you get lower, make sure you use your Biscuits and Mana pot, just don't die. Pretty much that's one of the many pros of this build. Early Dragons under the enemies' nose? Easy! You don't have to back after you kill dragon, likely you're 200 health, the miracle of Spirit Stone is there for you! Flame through all the camps and you'll be in full health in no time!

You're likely already killing everybody, it's okay to keep farming after you get 20 stacks on your Feral Flare, but I'd rather not. You should start pressuring turrets, inhibs, and asking to take early Baron. If you can kill early dragon, you're likely to take Early Baron around 26 minutes. The rule is in my opinion, to take baron, you need to take one inhib, their carry, and their jungler. You can either finish the game, or take baron and be safe.
