Janna is a very hard matchup to play against as Rell. Her kit counters yours perfectly. Every time you try and engage on her she will just push you away. slow you, or knock you up mid jump.

Lulu

She counters everything your champion excels at. Try to out roam her and gather kills elsewhere in the map. This is your best bet at beating her out.

Nami

Nami is essentially Lulu and Janna combined, and you guessed it... A NIGHTMARE. try to avoid laning against this champ if possible.

Thresh

This is more a skill match up who ever starts the fight has the higher chance to lose the fight but gage their play style you can still win this easily if you play it right.

Lucian

He can easliy dodge your W, u need to stun him with your E while W ro just wait for all in at 6.

Alistar is more of a skill match up, as long as you don't jump in before he uses his CC you will win the fight.

Moe annoying than anything, Q her shield then CC them. Avoid the binding.

Be patient and you can easily win this, be impatient and you will lose it.

Again allow him to make a mistake. He will try to hook and will try to follow it up with his stun, you can stun him with he Es and them also jump ontop of him with your W to counter his engage.

She is really just annoying for her healing ability, other than that her laner is vulnerable.

Miss Fortune

Massive poke, can and will stun you when you jump in, his ult can make you want to flash away when you ulted. Over all ban this guy.

Swain

Swain can very easily make your engage a bad idea. No matter how out of position he seems his snare and drag can CC you long enough early on to punish any attempt to kill him. You can win fights pre-6 but once he hits 6 if you do not having healing reduction he will kill you every time.

Shaco

Shacos boxes will prevent any meaningful engage in lane. out of lane it is all about picking the right fights. Keep in mind thou he is quite the early game counter to Rell and if you forget that even for a moment you can make a major mistake and die to his boxes.

Soraka

Her healing is what makes her the most problematic, her silence CAN become a threat but this is more just you need to bait it out, most Sorakas tend to use it to harass early on so fight then, Remember target the soraka.
