Reign of Anger (PASSIVE)
Renekton Passive Ability
Introduction
Well, with this Build Nasus will not escape you anymore. While Pure AD Renek is easily focused down and Tank Renek does not Help the Team in any way but showing his presence, I created this Tanky AD Build, with which you will not only not die anymore, but cannot be ignored either.
Everywhere you show up, your Will happens. Instant.
I will not explain the usefulness of every Skill, Item or Summoner Spell, i am just giving you the Build and some (probably aready well known) ways of using his Skills.
Thanks
I´ve found these Runes to be most suited for this build, but feel free to exchange them.
As Marks I take Greater Mark of Desolation, first because I take them for every AD Champ, second because all Skills but your Ult dont do Magic Damage.
As Seals I take Greater Seal of Vitality, they give you some tankiness PLUS they stack great with your Atmas later on.
As Glyphs I take
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction, cause Renektons Skills have a pretty long CD and you need to get as close to 40% CD-Reduction as you can get.
As Quints i take
Greater Quintessence of Health, but they can be replaced with Greater Quintessence of Desolation, though you will lack some Survivability early Game and cant harrass as good as you would with these.

With the Masteries i go Offensive and believe me, you won´t regret that.
I went 23 in Offense because you dont need 1% Dodge chance, as we neither take dodge runes nor ninja tabis and since your ult does quite some magic damage, we want it to get through to the HP, thats why i chose Archaic Knowledge.
Why not go Defensive with the 60HP from Veteran Scars for Atmas Impaler?
Because the 4% Total Damage Increase is more than the bonus from 60Hp. And you will have enough (m)def and Health ingame.

Passive: Reign of Anger - Renekton gains 5 Fury per attack. Having 50 or more Fury empowers his abilities with bonus effects but drains 50 Fury when they are used. Out of combat, he loses 5 Fury every 2 seconds. When Renekton is below 50% Health, Fury gains are increased by 50%.
The right Management of Fury is the Butter and Bread for a successful Renekton. They empower his (a little weak) Skills in a way that can change simply everything. Its like a free, Powerful Item.
Q: Cull The Meek - Renekton swings his blade, dealing 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage) damage to nearby enemies and healing for 5% of the damage dealt (20% for Champions), up to 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150.
When Renekton has more than 50 Fury he deals 50% additional damage and heals for 5% of the damage dealt (20% on Chhampions), the healing hard cap is tripled. Consumes 50 Fury.
This is your way to harrass and stay in lane. Heals 5% of the Damage, 20% from the Dmagae on Champions, so you WANT to hit them. The more damage you deal, the more you will heal (though the Hard Cap Cripples it :()
W: Ruthless Predator - Renekton's next attack swings twice, dealing 5 / 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 (+0.75 per attack damage) damage per hit, stunning his target for 0.75 seconds and applying on-hit effects.
When Renekton has more than 50 Fury, his next attack will swing three times dealing 5 / 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 (+0.75 per attack damage) damage per hit and stunning his target for 1.5 seconds. Consumes 50 Fury.
Most Damage on Single Targets + a nice but short Stun. Fury will help out, Dealing 50% more Damage and doubling the Stun duration.
E: Slice and Dice - Slice: Renekton dashes forward, dealing 45 / 75 / 105 / 135 / 165 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage) damage to targets along the way. If he hits a target he gains the ability to use Dice.
Dice: Renekton dashes, dealing 45 / 75 / 105 / 135 / 165 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage) damage along the way. When Renekton has more than 50 Fury during Dice, he deals 50% additional damage and shreds the armor of targets he hits by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 for 4 seconds. Consumes 50 Fury.
Your Chasing/Escaping/Harrassing/Ganking/...... Tool. Slice in, Deal Damage, Feel free to Dice to wherever you want to. This is the great thing: Your Position cannot be predicted When right used. But: Never Use Fury on the Dice!
R: Dominus - Renekton empowers himself with dark energies, gaining increased size and 300 / 450 / 600 health for 15 seconds. While empowered, he deals 50 / 75 / 100 (+10% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies and generates 5 Fury per second.
Your absolutely Beautiful Ultimate. 15 seconds duration, a lot of AoE damage, Fury Gain, More HP (=more dmg with Atmas Impaler). Don´t fear to use it at the Beginning of a Teamfight. Or against single Targets while Towerdiving.
Skill Order:
Laning:
Gain (at least) 30 Fury.
then

Ganking/Teamfight:

Its easy.

Max this first, it is your only Heal Skill and main Multitarget-damage Skill.

This is your very Personal, dmg dealing Flash. Dice in, make sure to hit any kind of enemy, Deal some dmg with

Although this is the highest dmg-output Skill on a single Target, you end up teamfighting most of the Time and want to have more Multitarget-Damageoutput then. We Max this once we got Atmas Impaler.

Yeah....your Ult....Nothing to complain about, a nice Instant Heal + higher HP Pool, a buffed passive of the Sunfire Cape, free Fury Gain and a Size that will fear the **** out of your enemies.
Some Words to the Fury System:
Fury empowers your Skills (not your Ult though). Once you have reached 50 Fury, the next Ability Consumes it (while

Yea i know you came for this one.
or
I normally start with a
Doran's Shield, but in Case you got a healer laning with you its more viable to get a
Ruby Crystal which you will build into a
Heart of Gold asap, which gives you 5 gold/10 sec, leading to better Items sooner. But if not, the Dorans shield is better.
If you got a
Ruby Crystal first, then you can go home whenever you want, if not press b earliest with 1050 gold for
Ionian Boots of Lucidity or with 1337 Gold to get the better
The Brutalizer, since it has some dmg and Armor Pen and you dont need Movement speed so urgent thx to your
Slice and Dice.
Since Renekton likes the fight, he needs some more HP, so we give him a
Giant's Belt, cause he actually becomes a Giant with his ult.
After this, we must start dealing damage, so we get an
Atma's Impaler(starting with
Chain Vest) to give him some neat ~165 dmg with lvl 11 -13.
This is followed by a
Frozen Mallet, which is the last of our Dmg-Items and Leaves you at about 205 dmg with lvl ~15 and a frikin awesome slow.
Now, Depending on whether the enemy team is full of AP Carries or AD Carries/fast Runner, we first buy a
Force of Nature or build the
Heart of Gold into a
Randuin's Omen, which also helps us getting Assists by just hitting its active, or the other way round.
Last (and actually least) we want the game to end and, if no one else could push turrets (bad team make-up), we build
The Brutalizer into a
Youmuu's Ghostblade to Push Towers, chase down enemies and blablabla.
Now your Build is Done. Congratz to a Tanky, Heavy DPS. You should look like this (Add 15% Spell Pen, i forgot them in my Masteries >.<):

But Todd, why not take a Warmogs Armour rather than Randuins or FoN?
Because A lot of HP is nothing worth if you have nothing to protect it with, right? Also the Dmg increase isnt THAT high (<30), so id rather buy a B. F.Sword and build it into a Bloodthirster or a Black Cleaver. But actually I like the (m)def and the Passive/Active of RO and FoN a lot more.
