Riven Passive Ability
Introduction
This is my 3rd guide on Mobafire, the other two I have not really put much effort into updating lately so I thought I'd make a guide. This makes this my first guide in a while so if you dislike it or have anything to add don't be afraid to leave a comment.
Riven is one of my favourite champs mostly because you can faceroll their entire team off of one advantage from lane. She's also hot.
About Riven
Riven is an AD caster that uses her high mobility and insane burst to assassinate squishy opponents or deal constant damage to tanky front-liners.
Riven's best feature is her lane presence and her mid-game damage. She's able to 1v1 nearly every champion you send at her, and is a huge bully in lane once she starts getting the advantage.
Although Riven assassinates squishy enemy carries easily, when it is needed, she can also provide good peel for her own carries.
She is easily countered by hard CC in team fights as it disables her abilities and she wont be able to get close to their back line. A good time to pick riven is when they have a lot of squishy champs or lack a lot of hard CC.

Greater Mark of Attack Damage: For attack damage champions, Greater Mark of Attack Damage is the only thing you should be buying. Ever. It helps with CSing and damage in general. Greater Seal of Armor: As a top lane you can assume you'll most likely be against an ad top / ad jungle combination, therefore these are essential and help to make you more durable during trades. Greater Glyph of Magic Resist: MR is hella. Take it or die. Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage: What else are you going to take? They help you farm under turret and do hella damage. OP.
