Introduction
The story of Rumblestiltskin is about a little creature who turns his opponent into gold and is always tinkering with machinery and such. Almost like Phreak, I decided to go with Warmog's Armor instead of the Sunfire Aegis. The reason for this is because the more health, the more it'll help you with your Force of Nature and health regen. I also did Void Staff before Deathcap for reasons i'm going to explain later.
When i build Rumble, my priority order are movement speed (mines, then enemies), health/health regen, magic penetration that coincides with the items i buy such as [sorcerer's boots] and runes, and then ability damage.
everything will fall in place as you get them all because it'll build on each other, on your runes and summoner spells
CHECK IT OUT , TRY it, and if you like, VOTE for me!
Build 1 This is an all-round build i have made which is good for power, health and health regen and magic penetration
Build 2 This build of mine is the one i'm testing out to see if i can build a better build and i'm always testing it
To fully understand my stats, my gamestyle is always turret diving and doing stupid stuff. does that mean you have to do it too? NO, but that's my gamestyle. so if you are not like that, don't worry, you're stats of kills and death are much higher.
i chose to pick ghost because i'm already slow in my nonturbo boat, but at the same time, it gives me NOS when i go after an opponent. For times that i need to escape, it goes hand in hand if i'm trying to kite and get away, just another safety net.
i also chose exhaust. why? because of my masteries, it'll reduce magic resistant and they'll take damage for sure. remember, you start off with your magic penetration and your {sorcerer's boot}, and BAM! reduce that resistant some more!
