Oh hello there, I am summoner CheesyBoy8. My Runaan's Hurricait build is perfect for those of you who want a strong early game and a mid game which is good if you can reach your three item power spike.

Flash is taken on every champion at the moment and barrier offers lots more survivability.

Youmuu's Ghostblade

Skill Sequence

Max Q, then E, then W

Q offers the most damage early and mid game and your E offers an escape or additional damage output if you buy Guinsoo's Rageblade as the damage scales with both AD and AP.

Runes

Your runes are based on survivability and extra late game damage. Overheal and Fleet Footwork offer the survivability and Gathering Storm gives bonus AD the further the game goes.
