When do i choose Singed
This setup is very good becaus you can sustain the laning phase and roam in the midgame, you can rundown targets and fling them to your team. On level 3 you like to make quick trades.

+ Good sustain + Feels really rewarding once you get better at Singed + Strong vs champs with mobility abilities + Very fun to play |
