Introduction
One thing I would like to make clear is that jungle Annie is for use in lower leagues and probably wouldn't work very well in platinum or diamond.
Blue Buff > Wolves > Wraiths > Golems > Red Buff
This is an example of the jungle route Annie would take if she used smite on blue buff and wanted to farm to level 4. What I recommend doing for the more advanced junglers is for your teammates to give you a good enough leash on blue where you can take it without smiting. Then, go take wolves. Then, go straight to Red Buff and take it with smite. You should be level 3 and can gank right away.
A tip when ganking as Annie: make sure that your passive is active while you gank so that you can stun the champion you gank immediately.
