GUIDE STILL BEING WORKED ON
Remember! This Guide is not yet finished.
Hello, there!
I'm Veil Khaos. You'll find me in LoL (EUNE) as Kalona The Lord.
Well, this is my first guide. Wondering why I chose Jinx? To be honest, I love her! She's amazing, in my opinion; personality, skills, difficulty, emotes, appearance, voice, skins, animation... I love everything about her!

Artwork done by dutomaster (DeviantArt).
Who is Jinx?
Jinx is a female ranged marksman whose idea of a good time involves
dishing out tons of damage to the dismay of Vi, the enforcer who can't quite catch her.
Impulsive, spontaneous - Jinx spreads chaos across the battlefield in the form of bullets, rockets and bombs.
Jinx quotes:
"Rules are made to be broken... like buildings! Or people!"
"Guns don't kill people. I mean, until you shoot them. Then they kill everything!"
"Let's just behave... said no one, ever."
"I'm crazy! Got a doctor's note."
FERVOR
Ferocity: 18 | Cunning: 12
Damage and a little sustain.
~Ferocity~
5/5 Fury ~ Attack speed boost throughout the game (rather than 2% Damage from abilities)
1/1 Feast ~ Sustain, good in the laning phase
5/5 Vampirism ~ Sustain, good in the laning phase (rather than 10 AD and 15 AP)
1/1 Opressor ~ This Damage works well with your Root and any other CC in early game phase.
5/5 Battering Blows ~ You need Armor Penetration not Magic
1/1 Fervor of Battle ~ Really good early game; damage boost up to 80 damage (full stacks)
~Cunning~
5/5 Wanderer ~ Jinx has low movement speed (this works only out of combat but helps)
1/1 Secret Stash ~ Boosted potions, boosts sustain
5/5 Merciless ~ Damage boost for low health
1/1 Dangerous Game ~ Health and Mana restored from kills and assists
THUNDERLORD

5/5 Precision ~ Armor Penetration and Magic Penetration (a better choice then the other one)
1/1 Thunderlord's Decree ~ 3rd attack high damage, good poke early, really high damage late
Going for:...
9x Marks of Attack Damage ~ Early game damage boost
9x Seals of Armor ~ Early game defense boost
9x Glyphs of Magic Resist ~ Early game defense boost
3x Quint(essence)s of Attack Speed ~ Early game attack speed boost
... makes your early game phase easier for you.
Why:
-Early game damage boost? ~ Jinx needs to poke and outdamage her enemies.
-Early game defense boost? ~ Jinx is really squishy, especially early game.
-Early game attack speed boost? ~ You might ask WHY did I write 'Early'. Well Jinx already builds up attack speed during a match, by leveling up Switcheroo, but both her minigun and rocket launcher are slow in the early game phase.
You can also go for Full AD Runes, but you will be squishy and have slow attacks.

Jinx is all about critical chance, critical damage, high attack speed and damage (as simple as that) + movement speed which she lacks, but it is not a priority. Therefore, that's why I chose the current item build, which gives the necessary and some other nice bonuses.
Infinity Edge ~ Damage, Critical Chance and Critical Damage (It's a MUST; combine this with items that give attack speed and critical chance)
Berserker's Greaves - Furor ~ Movement Speed, Attack Speed and, the best enhancement out there is Furor because of that movement speed, you can chase enemies or kite them better. (Jinx lacks movement speed)
Statikk Shiv - Attack speed, critical chance, movement speed and a little extra charchable damage
Rapid Firecannon - Attack speed, critical chance, movement speed and a little extra chargeable damage and range (great for poke, kite and chase)

Priority: R>Q>W>E
R ~ Super Mega Death Rocket!
Q ~ Switcheroo!
W ~ Zap!
E ~ Flame Chompers!
Details: Information, Tips 'n' Tricks
R - IMPORTANT: The less the enemy's HP, the more the damage you deal with it
- Try to use it in team fights too, but use it when enemies have less hp so you can use it at its full potential
- IMPORTANT: The rocket needs to travel for 1 second to gain its full base damage
- You need to learn how to shoot it: timing and aiming
- Remember it has splash damage, so you can execute more than 1 player if in splash's range
Q - Max it before Zap and Chompers because the extra speed/range is what you need to chase enemies/fight them
- DO NOT use the rocket launcher in 1v1 (especially against melee enemies); use Minigun instead to benefit from faster attacks and your items' bonuses
- You can use the Minigun to kite (hit and run-hit and run-hit and run) the enemies. You can use the rocket launcher to make use of its big range, but initially it has really slow attacks, so in order to kite you need faster attacks
W - You need to learn how to shoot it: timing and aiming
- Max it after you've maxed Q, rather than maxing Chompers, because its slow and dmg are pretty useful, as well as its range
- When an enemy follows you, get inside the bush and rapidly cast W on him, because he doesn't have vision (if there are no wards or 'DEVILS' inside the bush), so you have time to cast it and benefit from its slow and high damge
E - Chompers are the last to max, because they do magic damage and you only need its root, so not worth prioritizing it
- Chompers' root does not trigger the moment you place them down, they need to activate 1st, and it takes about 1 second
- You need to learn how to use it: timing and aiming
- Works well with the Oppressor Mastery
- If you want to root enemies that chase you or run from you, you need to put the chompers a little further, because they need to activate 1st.
Early Game
Farming in the early game is probably the safest way to get money, slowly but surely. If your enemies are hard to beat, you should just defend your tower and farm. Wait for ganks while farming.
Usually you should use the minigun to farm, for the extra attack speed. The rocket launcher is too slow initially. Therefore, use the minigun to last hit close farm, and, if not very dangerous, pick up the ranged ones too with the minigun. However, there are enemies that might outdamage you, or they are just very good at poking. In this case, you should combine your miningun and rocket launcher. Use rocket launcher's extra range to stay away from danger.
DO NOT FORGET THAT THE ROCKET LAUNCHER CONSUMES MANA, SO DO NOT OVERUSE IT!
