the spell has 8 sec cooldown and is active for 3 sec but if u build cdr with health u can get the cd lower the stay longer in ur e i tryed it out and the combination of the new ult with zhonyas does well damge because they wait for u while tibbers attacks them with rylas it has a good slow aswell
