Early you are weak. Avoid skirmishes and farm. Your passive will help you a bit. Use blue card to last hit and red card to poke (throw it at caster minions and retreat). After 1st item (BOTRK or Runaan's) you can start to play aggressive. Watch minimap and ward often, because you have no escape. After 2nd item you should be able to erase any carry with your ult + stun + item's active. In teamfights stun the person that is the most dangerous to you, or you can use it to initiate (if you are in safe position).

Good against:
-squishy carries

Works like this: if you hit all three bolts, 3 out of 4 attacks will proc your E. Great for lane and in teamfights.

The one and only and only item you must get at all cost.

Gives you bonus range on stun.

It's more expensive, but gives more armor pen than Last Whisper.

Source of late game damage.

Great for assassin-like playstyle (imagine Twitch).
