Rammus is one of the best tank ever, you should know that mundo,chogath,garen,gragas and other in this genre are not a tank its just a tough guys. Rammus , shen and amumu are the best to a easy win.

Runes

For the runes, i dont have a preference but ive got 3 hp by lvl for quintessences in yellow i got hp by level, for blue runes you can go for mana regeneration that will help early game

Pros/Cons

- Great engage and escape.
- with defensive ball curl that give you so much armor and magic resist
that you will get not more squishi.
- Awesome tank

- No big dps , its normal its tank
