Hard counter to Kayn. Especially in the earlier stages of the game, Kayn doesn't stand a chance against Graves. His additional armor from the passive of his E makes him a great duelist against AD champions.
Lee Sin
Lee Sin can easily abuse Kayn's weak early 1v1s. If the player is good, he might also invade you and screw your entire game up really hard.
Kha'Zix
1v1 strength of Kha'zix is insane. You don't stand a chance. Also, hitting your W is really hard against an invisible Champion
Warwick
As most of the other jungle threats, Warwick is a great early game jungler. Same story as Lee Sin, if the Warwick player knows, what he's doing, he can invade you and screw up your jungle clear really hard.
As Rhaast you easily outscale him and he doesn't really stand a chance after getting your form. As Shadow Assassin, just avoid him as far as you can.
Lulu
Hard to play against with both forms. As Shadow Assassin it's almost impossible to oneshot someone on the enemy team because of the amount of support she offers. With her E and her R she can easily counter your assassination skills.
As Rhaast, you have better chances. Still, she outranges you and gives you the wrong passive orbs, so all in all, Lulu is a great counter to Kayn.
Janna
Same thing as with Lulu. Both her E (shield) and her R (knockback) and her range are hard for Kayn to deal with.
Yuumi
Same thing as with the other enchanter supports, her kit makes it hard for Shadow Assassin to oneshot a carry.
Yuumi
Fits Kayns playstyle perfectly. You are almost invincible, running around the enemy team, oneshotting enemies.
Shen
As Kayn, you like to have some kind of set-up. This is more important when playing Rhaast though. Shen offers both cc and a great Ultimate to help you when you try to get out of a sticky situation or when engaging a fight as Rhaast.

Fits Kayns playstyle perfectly. You are almost invincible, running around the enemy team, oneshotting enemies. As Rhaast, your healing will be insane, consider building Spirit Visage. Can be countered with healing reduction though.
