Introduction

So I read Ryze's story, and was really amazed! Then when I tried to play the champion, I wasn't very good at him, but after ALOT of streams, and guides. I started playing him good, I started to main Ryze, and now this is me sharing my knowledge about Ryze, the Rouge Mage to you!

Pros / Cons

Pros:

- Able to carry real good.
- No skillshots.
- Got some CC.
- Amazing Late Game!!
- Dealing damage while being tanky!

Cons:

- Short range.
- Not so much CC.
- VERY expensive build.

Runes

The runes that are listed in the top id say are the best choices, but instead of using 4 armor, you can use full scaling mana. Or scaling hp.

And instead of using flat MR, you can use a few scaling mana. Except for that, Id say there are no other choices.

Masteries

The masteries above are the best masteries i'd say, the changes you can make is to use 4/4 in Sorcery instead of 1/1 in Summoner's Wrath and 3/4 on Sorcery

Spells

I see alot of Ryze players doing this combo:

W-E-Q

That is wrong, by utializing your passive you are able to cast your Q twice:

Q-W-E-Q

That is the standard trade combo, but for real burst this would be the best combo:

Q-R-E-Q-W-Q

Bursting without your ulti, then you'd want to do it like this:

Q-E-Q-W-Q
