Champion Build Guide
INTRO
I'm an Evelynn one trick, I can easily get to Diamond with her unless I get lazy and stop playing. I have over 1000 games on her and at this point I'm pretty sure I know her in and out.
Jungle Pathing
Generally you'll want to do a full clear, the order will generally go
Blue -> Gromp -> Wolves -> Raptors -> Red -> Krugs
or
Red -> Krugs -> Raptors -> Wolves -> Blue -> Gromp
HOWEVER, the enemy jungler will likely counter-jungle you as it is common knowledge that Evelynn is weak pre-6. If you want to avoid this either have someone place a lvl 1 ward at your buff or switch the pathing to confuse the enemy jungler.

Early Game (Pre-6)
Your main goal as Evelynn is to get to level 6 as fast as can. This doesn't mean you can't gank, but if you do you risk setting yourself back a lot.
Mid Game
This is where you want to end the game. After the laning phase is over you will need to look to secure picks off of enemies who are out of position. You should not be the one to engage in team fights, if the enemy knows where you are then you are playing wrong.
Team Fighting
For team fights you want to pick off any out of position damage dealers. Generally the ADC is the target; however, any squishies by themselves on the enemy team is fair game. You want to avoid being the engage, you'll get locked down and killed by any CC the enemy has.

Mostly self explanatory, your kit revolves heavily around your W, I'll add combos later.
