Why?
Senna is an ADC that can be run with tank items such as Frostfire Gauntlet or Divine Sunderer. Kog'Maw is a tank ADC as well. Mesh them together and you get Sen'Maw. I've done minimal testing so this build probably isn't good. At all. But I made it mainly for the idea and to have some fun.
AP
I'm a big fan of AP Kog'Maw so I also decided to make AP Sen'Maw. I prefer to take it mid. You don't usually take Nashor's Tooth on AP Kog'Maw but it doesn't sound bad on Senna so I included it in the item options.
