Pretty hard but not impossible. When he Q you, instantly R him into a wall, so he cannot get his cd back during the time of your R. Try to R him into your tower is the best option. Bork and Trinity is the needed core items. Early Bramble and Tabi are good. (SW or BP your choice)

Champion Build Guide
Who am I?
I am Sped Is On on NA server. I am only Plat 2 4lp on my main at the moment. I am hoping to climb to P1, maybe Diamond. I climbed on my alt account, Cero Usernames on the NA server. Originally, I was a Darius Main but Darius got banned and I gave Sett a shot in rank. The first time playing him and first time in rank, I liked him so I continued. I climbed in silver and gold with 100% wr with him and against him in the beginning but slowly got losses. I stopped and played Darius again, but Darius kept getting banned and I played Sett and got used to him. Now I am mostly maining Sett. I am still trying to improve and welcome opinions in the comments but do not be an *******. I am trying to improve but not sure if I will once College starts since I am starting college soon. I am new to making guides, so I am sorry if it sucks.
Runes
Conqueror is strong, please do not run anything else since they will fall off compared to Conqueror. If the lane is impossible like Urgot, you can go AfterShcck and play as a tank and disruptor.
Alacrity vs Tenacity. This only applies if the enemy team has CC to begin with. If you are going to go Merc, you can go alacrity. If you are going Tabi, go Tenacity.
Demolish is for winning lanes.
Second Wind vs Bone Plating. Second Wind is always the option. Bone plating is only for matchups that cannot poke it out or early game skirmishes. Volibear can poke it out with his passive so go SW.
Overgrowth vs Revitalize. It is a preference. Overgrowth gives u base hp and Revitablize increases heal and shield. They both have the same impact on your W but Overgrowth stops you from being bursted easier and Revitalize allows more heal from lifesteal and ally heals.

Laning
You want to cheese people early. Wait in the bush when they come and you usually win matchups except for Darius and Urgot. You auto and walk with them, until they are too far, then you e them.
You can go early trades during landing phase and e them to stun. The best cheese is u stand between the enemy melee and ranged. When they come to cs and you can kill the melee with your e, you aa aa him then e the enemy and the melee to stun and get CS.
Only TP when the enemy laner tp if you think u can win the fight. If not, you wasted your TP. Do not listen to lower elo when they cry about your tp. You can punish the enemy laner way better than TPing with him. Push the wave and get platings.

After Laning
If your team is losing, do not join them. You will lose fights if they are really far behind. If you are ahead, you should be able to 1 v 1 anyone with the right items. Apply pressure on the side lanes so they have to 3 or 4 man you, which means they cannot shove ur lanes and end. Afterwards, you can join teamfights once your team starts to farm for some core items. That way they can actually do something with you.
