Start with jack in the box and place boxes around fireplace at red buff at min. When the lizard elder spawns smite him and attack him from behind to deal as much damage as possible quickly and obtaining level 2. From here you will be able to attack wraith camps easily, or attack mid or bot if blue/top if purple if your team is doing well to get early kills.
Additionally if you know what you start with, and know that their jungler will start with blue you can start by counter jungling by soloing their red buff.

Gang and set up as many kills as possible as you will not be as effective late game unless you can deal great burst damage. Move through and take blue and red buffs for the team as much as possible as it denies the enemy team of them, gains you more experience/gold and they are very helpful for burst type plays as that will make a huge difference late game

Make sure to focus single champions as you will be much less powerful and need to focus single champions. In a team fight attack whoever is most fed to shut them down as quickly as possible and strategically place boxes anywhere you would expect a teemo mushroom (within reason due to how long they last) and again where you would gank to fear enemies to go for the kill.

Shaco is very effective IF you know how to use him. To use him effectively you have to counter whatever you think that the enemy player is going to do.

Very good burst damage capable of taking down anyone quickly if used effectively (especially attacking at critical moments and using jack in the box at the time that you take them down) will result in very quick kills
Can solo any buff resulting in counter jungling and opposition unsure of where to start (AP build uses blue)

Very hard to counter what you think the enemy is going to do for most effective kills
You must play aggressively early game otherwise fall behind late game
Not as sustainable late game.
