There exists an ancient order originating in the Ionian Isles dedicated to the preservation of balance. Order, chaos, light, darkness -- all things must exist in perfect harmony for such is the way of the universe. This order is known as the Kinkou and it employs a triumvirate of shadow warriors to uphold its causes in the world. Shen is one of these shadow warriors, entrusted with the sacred duty of Watching the Stars - exercising judgment untainted by prejudice.

Born to a clan whose members have decorated the ranks of the Kinkou for generations, Shen was trained his entire life to become the Eye of Twilight, and thereupon to dispassionately determine what must be done in the interests of equilibrium. As his final trial to ascend to this position, he was made to attend the Takanu, a ceremony in which his father was tortured before his eyes to test his resolve. Any reaction whatsoever would have resulted in his immediate disqualification, but he never averted his gaze and never blinked, not once. As the Eye of Twilight, Shen must make decisions which would buckle the wills of ordinary men, removing all emotion from the equation. He now works with his fellows Akali and Kennen to enforce the balance of Valoran. This hallowed pursuit has unsurprisingly led the triumvirate to the Fields of Justice.

The Eye of Twilight sees not the despair of its victims, only the elegance of equilibrium.

A lot of points at utility to improve your spells and many other effects.

Start with a Regrowth Pendant.At your first recall you should be able to buy Giant's Belt.If you can, buy a Boots.When you have about 1500 gold buy a Warmog's Armor and if you have 2000 gold upgrade your Boots into Boots of Swiftness
or you can do it later.Warmor gives you survability,health regenaration and of course a lot of health.Your next step is to buy 2 Heart of Gold.+400 Health,+54 Armor and Generate 10 gold per 10 seconds.These items will increase your money and you can finish this build quickly.Buy a Giant's Belt for more health and a Zeal to increase your attack speed,critical and movespeed.Next upgrade Giant's Belt into Frozen Mallet and Zeal into Phantom Dancer.Slow opponent's,a lot of health,damage,attack speed,critical and movespeed.That is why I buy these items.+55% attack speed is very good if you combine it with the critical and Atma's Impaler Passive.You can destroy your opponent's,help your allies to destroy turrets and ganking.As for your 5th item upgrade one of your Heart of Golds into Randuin's Omen.You will gain health,armor,health regen and item's passive & active.You'll have a lot of health now (about 4000).Don't you think that you need some armor?That's why you have to buy Atma's Impaler.+45 armor,+18% critical and of course item's passive.UNIQUE Passive: 2% of your maximum health is added to your attack damage!That's AWESOME!You have a lot of attack speed,a lot of health and you have more damage (+critical).

You have to max Vorpal Blade first for lifesteal,damage,last hits etc.
When you are unable to upgrade Vorpal Blade level up Shadow Dash for a long taunt. ]Shadow Dash[ can stop ultis such as Bullet Time, Absolute Zero,Stand United and Crowstorm.
Also you can avoid Death Lotus, Finales Funkeln, Grand Skyfall etc.
Level up Feint when you face difficulties on the early or mid game.
Stand United is one of the best ultimate moves.You can help your allie from ganks or losing 1vs1 and then 1vs1 is going to be 2v1 :D.But you can also escape with it!

Ghost and Flash are very suitable for a ninja.
Return to your lane quickly,chase an enemy or run from him.Furthermore you can use your spells and abilities to pass through the walls and the jungle.
Shen is a ninja and he can escape very easy with these 2 spells and with his abilities too.

I update my guide because I used a lot of dps items and I couldn't survive for too long.
But I decided to change my items and I was wright.At my 3rd match with this build I did my best score 15/3/13 [(with this build),because my best score is 36/8/17 with Twisted Fate :) ].
