Why should YOU play Shock Auto TF?
Shock Auto is a build designed to do a lot of damage with one autoattack in some cases even ONESHOT your opponent using all types of different items, abilities, runes and passives stacked together. In this case, this is achieved by combining Twisted Fate's W with
Dark Harvest(rune on the Domination path)
Luden's Echo,
Statikk Shiv,
Lich Bane,
Duskblade
and Hextech Gunblade or
Dead Man's Plate.
All of these items stack together and do a lot of damage at once which could lead to a oneshot.

Firstly unlock your W and go in lane (preferably with a Doran's Ring). The key to having fun in the game overall is being PATIENT early. Try as hard as you can not to die in the first few minutes and just passively farm. I know this sounds boring, but trust me, it won't be later on. The worst thing you can do is die early, fall behind and then end up feeding the whole game and surrendering at 15. Once you get your boots and sapphire crystal, you can play a bit more aggressive. If you see a good opportunity(for example their toplane overextending) don't be afraid to ROAM. Your kit has a very useful Stun Card which, if used correctly, will lead to an easy kill. Once you are ahead, there's no stopping you, so use your lead wisely and DESTROY YOIR OPPONENT
Firstly, you should start with a Doran's Ring and two Health Potions so that you get extra mana in lane, and if you get poked or cheesed by your opponent early you can heal up and stay in lane. On the first back, try to get Boots with Sapphire Crystal so that you have more movement speed and more mana in lane. After that, rush Luden's to get that 90 AP, 600 Mana and 20% CDR, which is exactly what you need to do damage as well as cycle through your abilities faster. Plus, you get that extra burst damage from Luden's Passive. The next item you should get is Duskblade, so that you can cs better, spot wards and have even more burst damage. Somewhere inbetween,it would be great to complete your boots for your cooldowns(Ionian Boots Of Lucidity). All the other items are self explanatory and buying Dead Man's Plate as the last item, makes you less squishy for Assassins, more mobile, and adds a little bit more burst damage to what you already have. If you don't want to buy Dead Man's Plate, I suggest getting Hextech Gunblade so that you can use it with the autoattacks for extra burst and because it gives extra hybrid damage.
For this build, we are going to choose the Domination path with Dark Harvest as our keystone to maximise the one-shot potential and to help us stay useful in the late game. Cheap Shot is perfect for early and mid game, where you'd miss out on the w damage by choosing the yellow stun card, but get the damage that you need with your next auto.
For the last rune on the Domination path, I chose Ultimate Hunter just to reduce the long cooldown on the ultimate, but if you prefer, you could use any other rune in its place.
For the secondary rune it's best to take Sorcery with Manaflow Band so that you don't run out of mana quickly and Transcendence for the CDR and so you can stack extra CDR for AP/AD in some cases.
