I think that Shyvana Mid doesnt quite fit in the current meta, since an AP carry has more range and you start leveling your ONLY range skill at 9 and you have no MR runes.

That being said, your build would be a lot easier to understand if you separete them (I mean, make another build so you dont have both items in one)

Since you mentioned Shyvana could jungle, include Smite in summoner spells.

Also, dont forget that max attack speed is 2.5, so using the formulas: You only need 170% bonus attack speed to reach 2.5 so consider changing either Phantom Dancer or Nashor's Tooth or runes (I would say runes)
