Try to clear red and blue buffs quickly gank top lane to get fb and after you get the devourer try to stack it by the 16th min. gank few , farm alot until you get it. It will be a lot easier to carry with the devourer stacked and you can litteraly 2 shot the enemy adc.. Enjoy playing with the queen of the jungle :)
