You should be able to survive any early game matchups on bot with just farming and outscale most adcs
You have a lot of kill potential since you dmg is considerably high compared to other adcs and if combined with your support engaging you might be able to oneshot any adc you are matched against
You won't get zoned since you can still use your q even if your support is somewhat special so just chill under your tower until you either stack your manamune fully or reach first two items after that you are pretty much in lategame

Surviving early game is the hardest part as ezreal since after your two or ideally three items (serylda) you are pretty much late game and will outdamage any adc or most champs if they are not turbofed
The rest is up to you I consider ezreal pretty good blind pick and the strongest adc currently so feel free to get yourself some juicy lps (;
