I do not quite understand how to make a guide, haha. But I will share some very nice tips and tricks on singed :3
A simple trick that you can do if your opponent is against a wall is place the goo next to the wall and flip them towards the wall. if the wall is thick enough they can not go over and they will land in the goo giving you an easy goo fling. I will get around to linking a video some time
