Sivir Passive Ability
Introduction
This build gives you survivability, a lot of damage (about 300 ad) and, most important, the best taunt in League of Legends, just for being Sivir. (OMG, Sivir alone in lane, i go gank him! - NOT!!!). There's a catch. If you don't focus Sivir and try to ignore him as you do with Mundo, you will probably lose the whole team, since he does a lot of damage.
Just try it once, you will love it. Sivir with 5-6k hp and 300 ad will be so much fun.
I start with
Meki Pendant and 2x
Health Potion .
Go back and buy
Tear of the Goddess and maybe
Boots .
Finish your
Manamune and your
Berserker's Greaves .
Get one
Warmog's Armor , then an
Atma's Impaler .
Last two items complete your damage+survivability build with another
Warmog's Armor and finally
Banshee's Veil .
Now let's see why i think this build is much more effective then the normal build:
We got 2 very important items:
Atma's Impaler and
Manamune .
In combination with 2x
Warmog's Armor and the
Banshee's Veil, these 2 items give you increased attack damage. The longer the game lasts, u become more and more powerful.
You will get about 3k mana late game - this means a raw 60 ad (+20 from manamune), a total of 80 ad just from this.
You will have about 6k hp. Using atma's, it will boost your ad for 120 ad raw.
Added to your attack damage, you will have about 300 ad. That's a lot for a
.
The cool thing is Sivir can fill up those warmogs really fast and your attack damage and hp will go up really quick.

For this build i use:
Teleport
Ghost
Teleport is great for Sivir, you can bring down a tower in no time, so if you see your minions on an enemy tower, go teleport and bring it down.
Ghost is for escaping ganks. Banshee's Veil + Spell shield + Ult + Ghost makes it almost impossible for enemy team to gank you.
I can't think of a better summoner spell for Sivir.

For early game you should harass with
and get your mana up with
.
Every time you meet a
Caitlyn and she puts her trap down, cast
Spell Shield and run over it. (works on her ult too)
Every time a
Brand casts his pillar, cast
Spell Shield and don't move a muscle.
Every time a
Karthus puts his dot on you, cast
Spell Shield and accept the free mana. (works on his ult too)
You get the ideea. Harass with
Boomerang Blade and get mana with
Spell Shield.
Ricochet is always on for pushing.
People tend to gank Sivir if mid, so buy 2 sight ward wards and place them in the bush every time you get back home.

Focus on backdoor towers and farming minions for your
Warmog's Armor .
You usually have 200 minion kills at lvl 14, so you will have a great advantage in gold.
Don't try to get kills, you don't need them. If you die, you lose much more gold. In 1 min of farming, Sivir gets more then 300 gold (15 minion kills), so don't overextend in enemy jungle for a stupid kill on a
Shaco with 10% hp (who could just as well be a clone).
The main thing is NOT TO DIE.

By the time you hit lvl 18, you will surely have your 1st
Warmog's Armor,
Manamune,
Atma's Impaler and maybe a
Giant's Belt .
Now you can kill, so if someone comes to gank you alone, don't run. Just back off a little and see if anyone else is coming. If not, engage and get the kill, then continue your quest (towers and minions).
Sivir usually plays the whole game solo. When there's a team fight on bot lane, Sivir is on top lane downing 2 towers.
When your full build is ready, your team will probably have 3-4 items ready. You are now tank, fighter, carry.
Note: remember to turn off your
Ricochet when attacking an enemy tower with enemy champions around it. It will bounce into that enemy champion and you will get tower aggro (and that's bad).

As a conclusion, all i can say is that Sivir is a really fun champion to play, you will never get bored of her.
I'm not saying this is the best build for Sivir, it probably isn't, but this is the build that suits me the most and this is the most fun build i tried on her.
People will troll about your build, but hey... people troll about Sivir picks in general, so it doesn't matter anyway since you already looked for a Sivir guide.
Don't listen to them, Sivir doesn't suck, Sivir is not squishie, Sivir is not useless.
Sivir is just annoying.
