Theres not much to it. Its in the title, Smoke The DankPlank.
PS: Playing this build while under the influence will increase ur result by a outstanding -50%.
Okay look i dont know what your supposed to look at but just ****in stay with me here, this build is only for highly skilled players, you should atleast be challenjour or diamond before trying out this build, obviously im a high end player myself and ive been having such success demoting with this build, DEMOTING THE ENEMY TEAM!. If your obviously better than everyone else in ur league but ur still stuck in bronze this is ur ticket out of elo-hell!

Counter picks/Lanes/Stuff

Top: U Win every lane, except ****in teemo because hes like ur drug dealer, and he will pee in ur like oranges and stuff so my tip is if they pick teemo, just ****in leave works everitim.
Jungle: Ur clearspeed is absurd, you have better clearspeed than soraka (Guide comming soon about Jungle Goat). Ganks? Just run into lane OHMWRECKER,FLASH,Q FOR THAT ICEBORN, get the kill and at last, gotta dank that W man...
Mid:Why would you want to play dankplank mid when u can play him everywhere else
ADC:?
Support: Got dem 24/7 DankOranginas spam, Barrul for extra blaze and Q for no reason! WHY NOT!

Abilities

Trail By Lighter (Passive):
U burn them with ur lighter dealing that dank true damage over 1.5s dealing some ****. Getting high and start running like they stole ur Dank

Purrrley!(Q)=
U shoot ur bad quality dank onto your enemy proccing dankborn gauntlets.

Get High (W)=
Ur main source of dank and sustain, use it at all cost. Whenever you can

Oranges In A Keg (E)=
Blow up everyone who stands in the way of you getting that fine *** quality dank with your rum

Danking Barrage (R):
Use this only to steal enemy jungle buffs/baron/dragon

Summoner Spells: Everything ****IN works thats the best part!
